  My daughter lost her phone so I went in looking for help. The first guy that I talked to was super helpful, told me how to change most everything over on an old phone that we had at homeexcept the number. I brought it back a few days later to transfer my daughter’s number to the old phone. There was a different guy working this time. He was equally as helpful and knowledgeable as the first guy. It was so quick and easy. Best customer service!
