  Alicia was fantastic! SO SO HELPFUL. I walked in needing a charger replaced, she knew the quickest best way to get it, made sure I was set up in the system, and saved me from using the wrong vacuum head on an old, nyc original wooden floor. So grateful to have been in good hands.

  Came in to check out the hair dryers and air wrap. Employee Sidiah was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and guided me through all the products! Overall an insightful and memorable experience, thank you so much :)

  Genesis was extremely sweet and explained everything to me very patiently. My hair looked amazing by the end of the appointment. I was so impressed that I ordered my dyson the very next day.

  Genesis is amazing!!! I had a Dyson that I bought in Germany because of the converter and voltage but I had no clue how to use it. Because of genesis I’m now a super happy user
