  La Shawna was incredible! She was really patient in helping me understand how the Dyson Airwrap works and taught me how to get the maximum benefit from it. She’s really talented and gentle with hair too. And her stories are so fun! I left feeling so much more confidence in my purchase

  Recently got a first generation air wrap handed down to me (I have bleached pin straight hair), and I went to this location to get a demo. The lady who helped me was so kind and patient and was really good at answering all of my questions. Today I used what I learned from the demo and did a beautiful styling and I'm so happy with how my hair looks!

  Alicia was very helpful! I lost my vacuum charger and there were not available in store so they offered to charge it in store of me. Above and beyond!!

  Dyson and the Dyson clean+wash hygiene sucks. It’s not hygienic at all because it starts to smell like wet socks even with the heated dryer going full cycle. It’s false advertising to say this is clean and hygienic. I’ve owned Dyson products and this is a cash grab — nothing more. It won’t even scrub rough stains. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed in Dyson customer service and product support. This is not something a warranty can fix or a swap for a new one can fix, the product itself is a garbage design. As comparison, I have the pencil vac — it’s amazing. I want a refund for this misleading product.

  I had been searching for a replacement part for my Dyson vacuum cleaner for months but couldn't find it anywhere in Canada. I was so happy to finally find it at this Dyson store! A big thank you to the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. Your excellent customer service is truly appreciated. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that Canadian customs won't give me any trouble when I bring it home. 😊 Thanks again!
