    was my first time at the Dyson store on 5th Avenue, and I want to leave a review. First, Janique is the best thing that has happened to Dyson. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. However, after that, one of the other girls who assisted me was horrible. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m not sure if it was because they were about to close, but the experience with her was not good at all. Still, Janique is by far the most amazing, sweetest, and most helpful person they have working at Dyson.

    HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I'VE OWNED 5 DYSON VACUUMS AND 4 AIR WRAPS. MY LAST AIR WRAP STOPPED WORKING. AFTER TROUBLSHOOTING WITH THEM ON THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME IT NEEDED TO GO IN FOR REPAIR. I ASKED IF IT WAS COVERED BY MY WARRANTY AND I WAS TOLD IT EXPIRED ONE MONTH AGO. I ASKED FOR CONSIDERATION AS THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN OCCURING FOR OVER A MONTH BUT I WAS UNABLE TO REACH THEM DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS SINCE I HAD BEEN VERY BUSY AT WORK. I ALSO ASKED THEM TO CONSIDER MY LOYALTY AND THE NUMBER OF DYSON PRODUCTS 9 WHICH THEY COULD SEE). I WAS STILL TOLD THERE WERE NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO HAS SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THEM. THAT WILL NO LONGER BE THE CASE AND I WILL NOW CONSIDER ANOTHER BRAND.

    I am extremely disappointed with Dyson’s customer service and repair process. My Airwrap stopped working completely after only 3 months of use. For a product that costs around $700, this level of quality is unacceptable. When I first contacted Dyson for a repair, they sent me a shipping label to send my device in for repair — but the address on the label was wrong. I had to call customer service again, wait a very long time to reach someone, and ask them to correct the address. The representative told me the address on the shipping label “didn’t matter” because the return shipment address would be corrected later when they sent the repaired machine back to me. I specifically called multiple times to confirm my correct address, and every time they assured me it had been updated successfully. They also refused to issue me a new shipping label, again insisting that the return address would be corrected internally. Earlier this week, Dyson notified me that my machine had been repaired. However, the invoice still showed the WRONG address. I called customer service again because I was concerned, and once again they told me not to worry because the package would not actually be shipped there. Then I received a Dyson tracking number with no visible delivery address attached. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service through chat, they first told me my repaired machine had NOT been shipped yet and was only recently repaired. When I asked what the tracking number I received was for, they suddenly changed their story and claimed it WAS my repaired machine. Their explanations were completely contradictory. Even worse, customer service told me to personally contact the residents at the incorrect address myself to ask whether they received my package. The resident denied having it, and now I have no idea where my $700 device is. Dyson has not taken responsibility, has not provided a clear explanation, and has not properly followed up. I called multiple times to correct my address, and every single time Dyson told me it had been fixed — but clearly it never was. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing.

    I just flew into the Dyson store on 5th Avenue in New York in desperate need of replacement air wrap and needed it fast as I needed to get to the train station for my departing train. Janique instantly detected I was in a rush and SPRANG into action! She was AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dyson - promote this beautiful amazing lady! She epitomizes EXCELLENT AND SUPERB customer service!

    staff followed us around and was very rude. weird space, great product, too bad. it's a showroom, the whole point of a "showroom" is to show the product. the person i was with was trying the product when the sales person, who never greeted them, came over just to tell them not to "do your whole head". they may have been touching the product for a a few minutes or so in a completely empty store. we came all the way from brooklyn for the sole purpose of looking at their 500 dollar air straight and were reprimanded by the staff for touching it: rude, demeaning, unwelcoming. As someone who has the vacuum, the fan, the cooling and heating air filter and the hair dryer, i was made to feel like i was some bum off the street. Do people really loiter in a vacuum store? The two sales people working on a Friday night should not be customer facing will not return or buy this product.
