I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I walked into the store on 5th Ave and was greeted by Janique who asked if she could help. I came prepared with warranty and broken part. Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. The next thing I knew she was coming toward me with the replacement part in hand…all this in 10 minutes!!!! I told Janique I would write a review on google. I just got home…but first…I vacuumed around the apt (whew! That feel good!)…and then I wrote this review. Deep gratitude to Janique, Jon, and Dyson!!!

Dear Dyson Customer Support,
I am writing to follow up regarding Case #54777001, as I have not yet received a response.
I purchased the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI expecting the premium quality and reliability that Dyson is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Shortly after receiving the machine, I experienced the first major defect. The robot repeatedly indicated that the clean water tank was empty, even when it was completely full. I followed every troubleshooting step requested by your support team, provided videos and all the requested information, and then waited nearly two weeks for a replacement part before I could use a brand-new machine.
The replacement part resolved that issue.
However, almost immediately afterward, a second and even more serious defect appeared.
The robot is now leaking excessive amounts of water around the docking station every time it completes a cleaning cycle. This is not normal moisture—it leaves standing water on my hardwood floor and has already begun damaging the finish of my flooring. I previously reported this issue and attached multiple photos showing exactly what is happening.
To make matters even more frustrating, I also received a second replacement water tank that I never requested, which suggests there has been unnecessary confusion in handling my warranty claim.
At this point, this machine has presented two separate manufacturing defects within a very short period of ownership. I purchased a premium product that cost nearly $1,000, yet I have spent more time troubleshooting and waiting for repairs than actually using it.
I no longer have confidence in this particular unit.
I am requesting that Dyson replace the entire machine under warranty. I would like Dyson to arrange the return of the defective unit and send me a new Spot+Scrub AI that functions as intended.
I chose Dyson because I expected exceptional quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected either.
I would appreciate a prompt response with the next steps to resolve this matter.

I visited the Dyson store today and was disappointed with my experience. The female staff member “Janique” assisting me made me feel rushed while I was trying to choose the right Dyson product and did not provide clear or helpful information about the available options. As a customer making a significant purchase, I expected a more patient and informative experience.
