  Had a great experience with Michael at Devialet Columbus Circle. My partner and I stopped in, and even though he was finishing up a demo for another customer, he made sure to help us as soon as he was available. I already went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but Michael somehow made the decision even easier by taking the time to discuss the product with me and share his genuine enthusiasm and love for it. It made the whole experience feel personal and exciting rather than transactional. To top it all off, he gave my partner and me a tote bag to commemorate the purchase, which was such a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service all around!

  We recently purchased our first Devialet speakers and couldn’t be happier, both with the product and the exceptional service we received from Michael. From our very first visit to the store, Michael was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the right fit. He took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. What really set Michael apart was what came after the sale. He hand-delivered our speakers himself and was available for multiple phone calls to answer our questions as we got everything set up. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. We are absolutely in love with our Devialet speakers; the sound is extraordinary.

  Spoke to Hans over the phone on Thursday, had trouble with the configuration my Phantom and he was more than welcoming and helpful and set up a day that worked to come in and check my speaker out. Came in and he was waiting for me, and provided excellent service! Definitely recommend !
