  Love our Phantom I speakers! We recently had a minor problem with 1 of our speakers and Michael Gillis helped us expedite the return of the speaker to Devialet and get the ball rolling on the repair. Michael is such an awesome guy to work with! He sold us our most recent Devialet purchase and he is always willing to go the extra mile for us. Such a pleasure to work with Michael!!

  Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our purchase of the Devialet Dione. He even personally delivered the soundbar from the Columbus Circle store to our home a few blocks away, kept us updated by text, and made sure it was safely left with our concierge. That level of care and service really stood out to us. Michael is a genuinely great person and a tremendous representative of Devialet. I sincerely hope he continues to grow with the company and receives every promotion and opportunity he deserves.

  I recently purchased a Devialet Mania at the Columbus Circle store and was extremely pleased with the customer support from Micheal. I visited the store a few times, and Michael remembered my name each time. He was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Even after I bought the speaker, he was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions—even when he was off the clock! I couldn’t have been happier with the overall customer experience, and Michael deserves a lot of credit for making it such a positive one.

  Had a great experience at Devialet Columbus Circle. The store is beautifully set up, with a great variety of products on display and the opportunity to actually experience everything in person. Michael helped me purchase Phantom 98 dB speakers along with the stands, and he was fantastic throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that the service didn’t stop after the purchase. Michael continued to be helpful afterward and made sure everything was taken care of. Really happy with the Phantoms and the overall experience. If you’re visiting Devialet Columbus Circle, I’d definitely recommend asking for Michael. Great store, great products, and even better service!
