  Today, I went to the Total Wireless store to ask for the address. I was a Total Wireless customer, when I visited cricket Abdul was there. He gave me a free Samsung phone and helped me set up HBO Max. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Abdul. He provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to help his customers.

  This location is great! Sufiya was working when I came in for assistance with my account. I’ve been with Cricket for 7 years. She was very professional and helpful. Even while I was waiting, she was going above and beyond with patience and grace when helping a client who didn’t speak English very well and had a hearing impairment.
