A Eufy camera was clearly priced as $90.99 but when I tried to pay, the price came up as $129.99. Manager Teo refused to honor the advertised price. False advertising!!!

Not bad went in went down the stairs met up with a worker at the front of the stairs showed him what I needed was in and out in 10 to 15 min just the way I like it !

This is one of the only best buys ive gone in nyc, they are very helpful and kind as best they can be
I truly appreciated the help, they offered solutions at other places due to lack of resources
So even though the store may be lacking in some aspects, the employees keep with good attitude and customer care

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unhelpful and felt more focused on making a sale than actually listening to my needs. The salesperson rushed me through the process, didn’t clearly explain the product, and avoided answering some of my questions.
After purchasing, I realized the product didn’t match what was promised. When I reached out for help, it took multiple attempts just to get a response, and even then, the support I received was minimal and frustrating.
Overall, the experience felt pushy and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they seriously improve their customer service and transparency.
