Desde que entré me sorprendió lo grande y organizado que estaba todo, con muchísima variedad de productos tecnológicos, desde móviles y ordenadores hasta televisores, accesorios y electrodomésticos. Es de esos sitios donde entras a mirar una cosa y terminas viendo muchas más porque tienen de todo. El personal me atendió muy bien, fueron amables y resolvieron mis dudas con paciencia, algo que se agradece bastante cuando buscas productos tecnológicos y quieres comparar opciones. Además, no sentí presión para comprar, sino una atención profesional y cercana. También me gustó mucho la ubicación, súper cómoda si estás por Manhattan, y lo fácil que es recorrer la tienda aunque haya bastante movimiento. Todo estaba bien colocado y resultaba sencillo encontrar lo que buscaba. En cuanto a precios, vi buenas ofertas y opciones para distintos presupuestos, así que me pareció una muy buena alternativa para comprar tecnología en Nueva York. Sin duda volvería sin pensarlo.

I don't know was pointed in 3 different direction by 3 different employees for the same products. The same three employees that huddled by the escalator seeming to have a normal friendly conversation while they were watching me run up and down the aisles and when I approached them and asked questions they didn't know anything about the products they said they had to call the department specialist. I am a huge fan of best buy. This is when I am actually in a store and not purchasing online. I've always experienced top-notch service and Best Buy. I guess Best Buy in New York City is a different ballgame.
