I’m pretty sure my first review got deleted. But this is the center of gravity for New York, still after all these years. It’s the metadata, the shared collective intelligence. The consciousness of Steve Jobs via the voice of Siri. Have you experienced the apple? 🍎 High-voltage cables should be the default, but the wait is worth it sometimes. Maybe slow intelligence is better than fast intelligence. I like the stock 🍎 I have a slight obsession with game theory algorithms. Shmoys, together with colleagues at Cornell University, developed the mathematical optimization model that runs the Bike Angels incentive system. Instead of paying trucks to balance bikes in the system. The algorithm they wrote determines which stations most need pickups or drop-offs and assigns point values to encourage riders to rebalance the network. It’s a self-sustaining circular system. With principles of environmental activism. Thank you for the microfiber and charge time. It was cool watching the geniuses work. 5:48 PM drop off incentives headed uptown.

Walked in to get just a simple AirPod case, they had me waiting 30 mins for a technician while I’m watching staff walk around and talk to each other. Wasted my 30 mins break just for something so simple

I had the pleasure of working with Johnny from the Genius Bar, such great work ethics. For about 2 years I had been dealing with a firmware lock on my 2017 MacBook, something that others location failed to help me with. and Johnny was able to get to the core of problem and within 24 hours resolved it. I believe Apple should hold all their employees to this standard.

Never in my life have I seen employees who dislike their jobs as much as the ones in this store. I came to my appointment 10 minutes early on the app it says estimated repair is 1 hour only for the employee to say it’ll take till the next day unless I come early tomorrow I can finish it within the hour. The next day they give me a 3 hour estimate I arrive 3 hours later the phone take 1 hour and a half extra. So total 4.5 hours to change the battery. My battery upon giving my phone in to service was almost full they gave me back my phone with the new battery drained out completely. No apologies nothing if you don’t like it leave attitude

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Apple Store in the Oculus. I brought in my iPhone because I noticed a slight bend in the device when I changed phone cases. My phone has always been protected by a quality case, has no scratches, dents, cracks, or any signs of impact damage. I was concerned that this may have been a manufacturing defect and simply wanted assistance and an explanation. When I spoke with an associate, I was immediately told that it was physical damage. I asked how that conclusion was reached when there was no visible evidence of impact, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. I requested to speak with a manager and waited approximately 10 minutes. When the manager arrived, she did not ask questions about what happened, did not allow me to fully explain the situation, and quickly stated that she could tell it was physical damage. No effort was made to investigate further or document my concerns. What was most frustrating was feeling as though I was being accused of causing the issue rather than being treated as a customer seeking help. The only solution presented was for me to pay for a replacement device. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and pressured rather than supported. To make matters worse, I had my young child with me during the visit. While we were waiting for assistance, my child was not allowed to charge an iPad, which added to an already frustrating experience. I have always expected a higher level of customer service from Apple. Instead, I felt like I was a problem rather than a valued customer seeking support. I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated, and unfortunately, this experience has made me unwilling to return to this location. Apple, I expected better!!!
