Went in to get an accessory replaced under warranty coverage. While the wait was a little long, they immediately solved my issue once they came to me. Shout out to Rachel - who went above and beyond in getting my issue solved!

I think this store is all over the place . Making an appointment and just getting the service seems as though it’s an issues for these techs. It’s like they are doing you a favor . Buying an item is good since they need you but go to somewhere else if you have to get any repairs done . I would say less attitude and more helping .

Make an appointment yet they say that time doesn’t matter. You want me to show up 45 minutes for an appointment that they are not able to handle. Please avoid this location the worst.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store World Trade Center that completely wasted my day.
I came in for something simple — just a battery replacement. My phone was in perfectly fine condition with no issues at all. I arrived around 10:00 AM, and my phone wasn’t even checked in until 11:30 AM. I was told by the representative that my phone would be ready by approximately 2:50 PM, so I gave them extra time and came back around 3:45 PM.
When I returned, I was told that during the battery replacement process, the phone triggered an alert saying it was “too hot,” and they couldn’t proceed. That immediately didn’t make sense to me because when I checked my phone, the battery was still at 36% — the exact same percentage it had when I left it earlier. That made me question whether anything was actually done to my phone at all.
I asked to speak to a manager, and the situation only became more concerning. The manager told me that the technician believed my buttons were malfunctioning, which supposedly prevented them from running diagnostics. That was completely false — my phone had zero issues before I handed it over. Then, to make matters worse, she informed me that the back of my phone had been broken during their attempt to service it.
So I came in with a fully functional iPhone 15 Pro Max needing only a battery replacement, and somehow left dealing with more problems than I started with — none of which were my fault.
On top of everything, I didn’t leave the store until 7:30 PM. What should have been a quick, routine service turned into an all-day ordeal filled with poor communication, questionable explanations, and damage to my device.
Overall, this was extremely disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care, especially from Apple. Instead, I left feeling like my time was disrespected and my device was mishandled.
