  Terrible service. I just wanted to ask a question and make a purchase, but the manager ignored me the very moment a white woman walked in. Does this mean that, simply because I am Hispanic, he assumed I didn't have enough money to buy anything there? I believe the service should be the same for everyone—whether they are American or Hispanic. It was truly outrageous.

  Not a great experience at this location. First, when I checked in at the Genius Bar they did not do it correctly and I had to approach an additional employee to get checked in correctly. Second, after waiting for an hour and not having my problem solved whatsoever, they told me to call their 800 number for help with my request. Why would I go to a store if I just needed to call a phone number in the first place? Now, what this store did manage to do was request an express replacement for my barely functioning phone, but it has been pending for over a week now with no progress on when I will receive my new phone. I would have just gone to a Best Buy locally if I knew going to an actual Apple Store would be this unhelpful and difficult. I do not recommend this location or the current services they offer whatsoever.

  Had an Apple Watch who’s casing kept on breaking. Was sent on an endless loop of tasks from going to Hermes to multiple stores. At the end of the day the watch keeps breaking. And was told I have to wait 2 hrs for customer service. Terrible support for a 2000$ watch

  My girlfriend and I walked into the Apple Store in the Upper East side and stood by the laptops for around hardly four minutes. After that short wait, we meet Chuck. Chuck came up the stairs and immediately apologized for our brief wait. It didn’t take long to be impressed with Chuck’s character, professionalism, and expertise. Chuck is, by far, of the highest quality employee. He helped us with a big purchases swiftly and with precision. After buying the computer, he escorted us to the Genius Bar (after setting up the appointment for us). THEN, ten minutes later Chuck stopped by AGAIN to communicate with the Genius Bar our particular needs. After meeting with the Genius Bar individual, we went upstairs to work with a different associate to buy a phone. While working with the other associate, you guessed it: Chuck stopped by AGAIN to check in and ask how it was going. Chuck is a dying breed and every store should be envious of this store and their employment of Chuck. To be clear, I don’t leave reviews … especially good ones.
