  Today, I was helped by Eufranny at the Apple Store, and it was a wonderful experience! She was absolutely amazing: smiling, very friendly, and incredibly attentive. Not only did she assist with all my questions, but she also helped me secure all my data, for which I’m very grateful. Thanks to her for the positivity and excellent service!

  Never knew this location existed until I needed to take a quick break from work to get help with my screen protector. Quamy was the person that greeted and assisted me. He was super helpful, patient and friendly. One of the best customer customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Today I walked in with a wonky USB cord that I wanted to exchange, but couldn't find the receipt in my emails. One guy said, he could only find one receipt in his system (Huh?). Another guy said the cord I was trying to return was not actually an Apple cord. (Oh! Glad he let me know before I stressed more about not being able to find the receipt). Then finally, I went to the cash register at the front and Dalisa (Delisa?) let me know the cord and plug I was using were outdated she set me up with new ones. It was nice that she took the initiative, and cared enough to be like, no—you need this, not THAT. Thanks!

  Short staffed but full of amazing team. Kim, who is one of the leader was kind empathetic and listened to my issue, she went beyond her call of duty to help me out and Rafael the technician really thought through on the best solution on how can I back up my data for a phone that barely stayed on for 3 mins. Appreciate the team here and all their hardwork.

  Really a hit or a miss experience. I've purchased 2 laptops from this store about 1 year apart. The first time the employee helping was very helpful, including assisting with the transfer of my data, finding me eligible discount options etc. the second time the employee seemed to really be annoyed to be there. Provided basic info on the laptop and mostly served as a anthropomorphic card reader. When I asked if there was a thunderbolt cable to assist with the transfer he told me I would have to wait 2 hours at the genius bar to get a cable since they don't have one (in an apple store...) he then handed me a box and walked off....
