I ended up waiting over 3 hours with no updates. Staff repeatedly overlooked me, and it was extremely difficult to get any assistance. Eventually, I was told my order had been canceled without any notification or explanation. I was then asked to contact Apple Support myself, which led to another 2+ hours on the phone. Overall, I wasted 5+ hours with no fair resolution, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I also felt uncomfortable being discriminated against.
