    This is a very fun Apple Store with interesting spaces and amazing views of Grand Central. It’s also a highly functional, efficient Apple Store with abundant helpful staff, and lots of items in stock. They carry a great range of accessories, more variety than at a typical Apple Store.

    Nice store with good employees. Do not come here for a genius appointment or hoping to get your phone fixed. 1. Appointments never start on time, I made an appointment and waited an hour past the appointment, still the appointment did not start. I then booked another appointment the next day, I showed up 9 minutes late (anticipating another long delay) and they told me they cancelled my appointment and to come two days later. Now this is the third appointment I’ve booked, it finally started 45 minutes after the original time This store has horrible time management skills, overbooks appointments, and has no system for alerting customers when appointments will be delayed Horrible experience.

    Terrible - can’t believe this is an actual Apple Store. Employees act like bouncers and do not let customers enter if you don’t want to buy or visit Genius Bar. Horrible!

    This Apple location has absolutely horrible communication and time management skills. I walked in for a battery replacement around 6pm, when the team told me there’s quite a few people ahead of me and that I likely wouldn’t get seen. Totally fine. No appointment. I left. I then made an appointment for the following day at 6:30pm. I checked in, told the person checking in I was there for a battery relplacement, and he told me to sit and wait for the next available tech. THIRTY MINUTES pass and I go to the gentleman and ask what’s taking so long as it’s 7pm and no one has acknowledged my presence. He proceeds to tell me there’s not enough time to complete the service as there’s five people ahead of me and the store closes at 8pm. If I wanted a battery replacement I needed to come in earlier since they need at least two hours. WHAT????? 1. Why would you allow me to make an appointment the day before for 6:30 PM knowing I needed this service if that’s not a good time. 2. Why would you allow me to check in and wait for thirty minutes and only turn me away when I asked for an update? I could have been sitting there for another hour if I hadn’t asked. Huge waste of time. I am never returning.

    I dropped off my computer for cracked screen, weeks later I’m still waiting for parts to arrive so they can repair. First it was the screen (they didn’t have it in stock so I had to wait a week for the part arrive. The day after my scheduled pick up date, I got a call from Apple support saying they have detected water and they need to ship out my computer for repair. The support was so rude, he pretty much said either ‘come pick up your computer without getting fixed or wait however long it takes for your computer to get repaired’ After 2 weeks, I received yet another email saying the repair has been delayed due to parts not being in stock for another week or so. I mean how long does Apple take to repair Apple products? Don’t they only sell Apple products and we can’t get any of their products repaired except with Apple support? In 2026 a cracked screen for an Apple Laptop shouldn’t take a month. This is obnoxious and frustrating and at the very least communicate this clearly so your customers can make a better decision. Have customer support that actually supports their customers. Very Rude experience. Very very very slow repair even with insurance. This is unacceptable
