My order has been in "preparing for pickup" status for 2 days. I can't cancel it, I can't pick it up. It has been a terrible experience. I saw them selling people the same watch. Order was scheduled for pickup at 12:45pm, I ordered thinking I could pickup at that day and I waited in the city until 8pm which is their closing time and I still didn't get the email. Now it's the next day and I still haven't gotten a notification.

Went in for a screen replacement, left with a completely non-functional phone thanks to their "genius" bar damaging the cellular antenna on my phone. Phone is getting replaced but I now have a phone for the next 6 days that cannot make or receive phone calls or have any data when I am walking around without wifi. Great job grand central apple. Would not recommend going here if you actually need to be able to use your device afterwards.

Absolutely a lifesaver experience at this store thanks to Franklin and Julio. They were friendly, skilled, and super fast. I didn’t wait around and they came to me. I had a crippling issue with my phone that Franklin was able to solve in an instant. So glad I found this store on my travels. Highly recommended and the view from the store over Grand Central terminal is as top-notch as the people manning the store!
