  I just came back from apple store. My old phone has the problem. Very nice lady tech support helped me. I should have asked her name. She was very kind. And then, I had decided to buy new phone. Sales customer support helped me. His name is Yabey. OMG, he was also very nice, kind, and sweet. Backing up and transferring were taking forever. I was worried. But Yabey was checking on me many times and encouraged me too. You know I'm 60s, I'm not a tech person. Yabey was very knowledgeable. He helped me everything. He was very patient. Even he told me that he can wait until everything will be done even after store closing time. I feel more trust and better feeling toward iphone if I have this kind of excellent service. Don't you think so? Thank you so much Yabey, Tech support lady and others. Sakae

  • An amazing concept: apple store in the busiest NYC terminal! • Several display of items with kind staff. • The area has a really nice setup and can keep you busy while waiting for your train.

  Stopped in for a pickup. All the staff was attentive and very kind. I was in and out in minutes, seamless process. Not to mention the awesome location being inside the main concourse of grand central.

  Good evening, I would like to share an excellent experience I had this evening at the Apple Store in Grand Central around 6:30 PM. Despite arriving without an appointment during a particularly busy time, the team was able to accommodate me, which I greatly appreciated. I was assisted by Delson at the Genius Bar regarding an iPad issue I had been attempting to troubleshoot on my own for about a month. Dustin was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem, clearly explained the situation, and confirmed that my device was still under warranty. What stood out most was his ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and reassuring manner. He presented three repair options thoughtfully, ensuring I fully understood each path forward without any pressure. Based on his guidance, I chose to take my device home temporarily to complete a full backup before returning for service. This level of customer care and technical expertise reflects very highly on the store. Delson's professionalism and attentiveness made what could have been a frustrating situation feel seamless and well-managed. Thank you again for the outstanding service.
