Bill and I will always be grateful for helping our dear boy Oliver cross the rainbow bridge. Your kindness and compassion helped ease our grief in the knowing that his trip was peaceful. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness. Sue and Bill Taylor.

We took our cat Goopy who had swallowed a fish hook. We explained the details to them before brining her as time is urgent is this scenario. They assured me they would be able to see and take care of her. Hours after dropping her off we receive a phone call stating they do not have the ability to remove the hook and aren't able to perform surgery. Well as charged me $1251 for a complete waste of time and money. After sending me to Guardian in Brewster (delaying the surgery by hours) they did not properly transfer over the X-rays and reports causing the Surgeons at Guardian to have to wait on them to perform the surgery. Despite them have the 1 hour and 45 minutes it took me to drive to Flannery to pick my cat up then transport her to Brewster. While they provided kind service they are not an animal hospital and should be used a regular veterinarian. If you have a emergency do not contact Flannery and immediately call Guardian in Brewer

So my dog had eaten poison they wouldn’t give me an answer. Told me to call ASCPA HOTLINE WHICH COST $110 TO GIVE ME ANSWERS I ASKED THEM CAN I BRING THE DOG INTO THEM? THEY SAID YES YOU CAN BUT YOU’RE STILL GONNA HAVE TO CALL THAT NUMBER SO I GOTTA PAY SOMEBODY ONLINE $110 THEN PAY YOU GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MONEY THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. WORST HOSPITAL FOR ANIMALS I COULD EVER POSSIBLY IMAGINE FLANNERY’S NEWBURGH.
