You asked if I would like to give a shout out to anyone... I think her name is Wendy? She's very bubbly she helps and trains people at the front desk meaning I think she does office work as well. She's not always up front but whenever she is she always makes you feel welcome, she talks to you like you're long lost friends... I have been coming for a while for a few animals.

The service for Milo’s mouth surgery was amazing from start to finish. The staff was kind, caring, and professional, and they made sure Milo was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and compassion shown to both Milo and me. I’m very grateful for the wonderful care he received!

Our 15 year old cat woke up and was having problems with breathing. They were amazing, they had me come right in. Unfortunately we had to put our ángel down but even with that they were amazing.

I am deeply disturbed by the dishonest billing practices and dismissive customer service at VCA Flannery Animal Hospital. During our visit, the vet explicitly advised me that blood work was necessary to properly diagnose my pet. I was given a financial estimate that included this blood work, which I explicitly agreed to and authorized. At discharge, I was charged the full amount of that estimate. Because no one discussed the lab findings with me, I assumed the results were still pending and that I needed to call back. When I called for the results, I was shocked to be told that the blood work was never actually performed. To make matters worse, the staff insultingly claimed that I had "declined" the service—which makes absolutely no sense given that I paid for it based on the required care outlined by their own vet. When I tried to address this blatant error, the front desk staff was incredibly condescending and dismissive, giving off a "deal with it" attitude. Charging a pet owner for diagnostic medical procedures that were never performed—and then shifting the blame onto the client—is entirely unacceptable. Check your receipts carefully if you bring your animals here.

For a place that has a minimum of 15 people working at any given time, it is impossible to get somebody on the phone. They have a phone system intentionally designed to prevent anybody from working there having to answer a telephone. Everything you do is leave a message, wait at least a day for a phone call back. Need a prescription refilled? Plan that 2 days in advance because with 15 employees it takes them at minimum 24 hours to return a phone call about a prescription refill. Have a question for the doctor that took care of your animal? Call, leave a message, maybe you'll get a phone call back the next day.
