- PFPhil FardaMay 10, 20263.0These pictures were all taken of my Pomeranian while we waited around an hour in total for the doctors and staff to deduce basic information about our visit like my dog's current medications and recent visits. We had tons of time for a full photoshoot. Information that should be readily accessible apparently isn't. It's in our app, they prescribed all these medications, do they delete their records after every visit? They ask what medications the dog is on and it's like...you prescribed all of them, you should know. Anyway, 3 stars for the lack of systems and records. Since the hospital moved to a corporate entity it definitely sucks more. It sometimes feels more like a sales pitch than a wellness check. Almost the entire staff that we loved has left. It's expensive, but it's a hospital and I don't expect it to be cheap. 5 stars for the staff as people. They're genuinely kind, caring and friendly. I assume they're most restricted and encumbered by the corporate structure and guidelines.
