  This Apple Store is an absolute disgrace. I brought my computer in because of a display issue. The computer itself was working perfectly when connected to an external monitor, so the problem was clearly related to the display. I was initially told the repair would most likely take 3–5 business days, or 5–7 business days in the worst-case scenario. Instead, it took more than two full weeks of business days. Throughout the process, they kept coming up with additional issues, explanations, and added costs. The delays seriously disrupted my workflow and caused a tremendous amount of unnecessary frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone. I certainly won’t be coming back, and after this experience, I’m seriously considering switching away from Apple altogether.

  I have given this place unreal business, I am a business owner and need a device swapped out quickly (ihave a insurance) for my business. I was just told by Kevin the manager, either by a new one and than return it when mine is repaired. Or leave it tonight and hopefully I have it back tomorrow afternoon but can’t guarantee it. Two real bad options for me. Apple service has changed and it’s too bad. I never asked for a favor but asked for one this one time because it’s real important. No luck.

  My husband and I purchased A Mac Pro one year and a half ago. Our daughter uses it for college. The logic Board is not working. Apple says it’s out of warranty after one year. After talking to different people for two hours.. Apple said there’s nothing they could do for me. To get it fixed it will cost me $800 and the part would only be under the warranty for three months. Basically we are out $1500 and Apple could care of less. We’ve spent thousands of dollars on Apple devices. I’m so disappointed that Apple doesn’t stand by their products.
