  I booked a online two days ago. Then I went to pick it up between 10 o 'clock and 10:15 in the morning. They told me that my things weren't ready and asked me to wait. What was the purpose of my reservation? Horrible

  This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. I had scheduled an in-store pickup and waited at the pickup area for more than 10 minutes, but no one came to assist me. I eventually approached an Apple employee and told her that I was there to pick up my order. She simply told me that another employee would help me, but then continued chatting with her coworkers instead of helping me or making sure someone assisted me. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better customer service from Apple.

  Had an appointment to pick up my new iPhone 18 Pro. I came a little early and a specialist was by the front door to help scan your QR code for pick up and put me in the pickup line. The line was a bit long but was to be expected for a second day release of the iPhone. Alexandra was super friendly and helpful with my pick up and was out in 10 mins! Enjoying my new iPhone as I review this.

  Staff just tell you to wait. Meanwhile, there are a few of them just standing there chatting and looking around and doing nothing.

  What a Sh!t store. Their system was down on the first pickup day for the iPhone 18 Pro. Didn't this place expect this?
