  Entering the store was wonderful I was recognized and greeted introduced to a sales associate Allen who was beyond patient and informative..after purchasing met Brandon who was so patient encouraging friendly. I had a great experience thank you Apple i will meet Brandon again on Sunday for a class. My first ever Apple product.

  I came to the apple store to replace my battery and I ran into some issues with backing up my iphone and the staff named Khiry was very helpful and kind in helping me fix my issue. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Khiry for the excellent service

  Although Natalie was knowledgable when I went to the store two weeks ago, her vibe was very off and made the experience slightly uncomfortable. I’d want help from a different associate next time.

  My appointment was more than great. Alex helped me with my broken laptop. He was very clear and helpful. The customer service was top notch and excellent. He guided me on what was broken on my laptop and informed me about the price for the fix. I highly recommend this store because it was an amazing experience for me and the staff were very kind.

  Just got back from the Apple Store Manhasset. My new iPhone was not working correctly. The issue was my callers weren’t hearing me when I called. I brought my phone in and the staff at the store were courteous, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. A defective speaker . I was still under warranty so the problem was fixed no charge. Every employee was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I am very pleased with Apple Manhasset location. I dropped my phone off 10:30 am fixed by 11:45 . 10 minutes before estimated time . I have used this location to purchase and for service and would give them 10 stars for their service. If you need to purchase a phone or need diagnostics for your Apple products. You can’t go wrong with this Apple Store.
