I needed a small appliance, I couldn't find the person, went into audio section, who sent me to another section who sent me to a cashier area where I had to wait until someone showed up. I also had an online order. I called to make sure it was there. They said pickup at customer service, so I waited there until someone showed up, then they told me no, go to the regular cashier for online pickup.

We were approached by specialist named Jaime Quizhpi. He was extremely knowledgeable in the television and LG department. He listened closely to what we were looking for and helped us decide by showcasing different options on tv’s, explaining the differences in screens, brightness, difference in oled models and sound qualities. He showcased the tv we were interested in a home-like environment and was very patient with all of our questions. Jaime helped us decide on a 77” LG OLED and helped us save more by bundling a soundbar at an amazing price. He got us delivery and installation services with Geek Squad, and assisted in opening up a credit card. Thanks again Jaime! 5 star service!
