Me and my friend went to checked out laptops, the young man Aiden greeted us politely, answered questions/concern patiencely from 2 old tech dummy women the whole time! Knowing we were concerned about the price, he immediately recommended a more affordable model. Very got what we need at the end. Very nice young man!

I’ve always loved this Best Buy and found the staff to be incredibly friendly. I’ve gone twice in the last two days, each time was a pleasant experience. I had my two young kids and everyone was so kind to them, they were included in the check out process both times and it really made them feel special. I never had to look for help, someone found me and helped almost immediately, which was very nice.

Sales team in-store has been great, but everything after the sale has been an absolute disaster. I purchased a TV four days ago and was scheduled for delivery today. Despite confirming my address multiple times — once in the store when I bought it, again over the phone when they called to confirm delivery, and after having to revisit the issue with several different people — Best Buy still somehow had the wrong address on file and then cancelled my delivery anyway.
After going back to the store and wasting more time on their completely unhelpful customer service line, I was told the delivery center wasn’t even receiving my TV until today. So despite taking my money immediately, they were never actually prepared to deliver it when promised.
My “options” were to wait another four days (making it eight days total from purchase) or pick it up myself. For context: this is a 75-inch TV and I drive a Honda Civic. That should tell you everything about how little thought they put into helping customers once they already have your payment.
There is zero accountability anywhere in this company. No one communicates, no one takes ownership, and no one seems remotely interested in solving problems. Customer service and customer retention are clearly not priorities — you’re just a dollar sign walking through the door, and after that, good luck.
Meanwhile, I recently had a delivery through P.C. Richard & Son and was able to change delivery information the day before with zero issues. Night and day difference.
Needless to say, I’ll never shop at Best Buy again. I’ll be dusting off my P.C. Richard & Son credit card and feeding this Best Buy one straight into the shredder.
UPDATE - they really don’t want to help me at all. I contacted their support as they suggested and here’s the answer I got. I guess customer satisfaction really isn’t a priority. I’ll be picking up the TV myself tomorrow and will never buy a single thing there ever again.

I came into the Levittown store after going to 5 different stores looking for tomodachi life: living the dream and carven helped me out so much! he told me that they were sold out but the store in Huntington had one more copy and even called them to make sure i wouldn’t go all the way there and they didn’t have it. He let me pay and sent me on my way. I was so happy that he was able to help me so much because i was really losing hope of ever getting my hands on a physical copy of this game i’ve waited so long for. Carven is the best!!!
