  Not happy. Switched over to cricket from Verizon, 4 lines $100 plan, was told I get 2 new phones for doing so, but have to wait for 1st billing cycle. Long and behold first billing cycle, I'm to late and that's only offered to new customers ,and the best they can do is the $110 plan, and it can't be reversed, was told since I took the new phones you can't have the $100 plan. Mind you none of this was brought to my attention beforehand, and I spent nearly 5 hrs in their store setting up the new phones. Wonderful!

  The employee was absolutely helpful and explained the new product thoughly to me like practically had to write it in crayon and never lost her cool all awhile training a new employee I wish I could remember her name but she was absolutely great.
