  I went this morning to Commack veterinary clinic. My 17 year-old dachshund Daisy was in distress. The entire office as well as the receptionist, vet tech and doctors were amazing. They immediately gave her oxygen, made her comfortable and explained my alternatives. I knew that it was time to say goodbye to my cherished animal. They compassionately helped me through the process and supported me little in making a hearbreaking decision. I could not have asked for more. At the end, they gave me a beautiful case with a paw print, a lock of hair and inside was a poem about crossing over the rainbow bridge. It was the most dignified goodbye I’ve ever encountered. I am so glad I went to Commack veterinary clinic.

  Everyone was great. Appts were easy to make and little to no waiting time each visit. Only negative is the cost. Its industry wide but soon only the very rich could afford pets.

  I had called to make an appointment for the first time the woman had me on hold three times and then when she finally got me back on the phone she said “she’ll call me right back” ,Getting right back to you is not an hour later. If they’re doing this now imagine what it’s like when you have to bring an animal that need immediate care!! WHAT A JOKE !!! don’t bother

  They took care of our cat during the last weeks of his life. On his last day when we took him in to end his suffering we were treated with kindness and care by everyone they hugged us gave out tissues encouraged us to tell them stories about our cat. When we left they gave us a plaster print of his paw. Amazing kindness amazing care. Thank you The family of Rebel Galazin.
