We bought a brand new tv from them, got home opened the box and noticed there was scratches on it, we boxed it up brought it back to return it the next day, he then accuses us of scratching the tv and telling us we cant get our money back, we didn’t even have the tv for 24 hours. If I was able to give this review no stars I would, I will no longer be shopping at this Best Buy until he is fired. Everyone else there is so great and pleasant and helps you with anything and then the big boss comes and acts like he’s full of himself. Best Buy needs to do better job hiring. He gave nothing but attitude and was being disrespectful to my mother on her birthday.
