  Very dismissive and rude. They should do better at their hiring process because it’s filled with employees with no human decency or manners.

  I got a new phone!!!!!!!! I have been meaning to get a new phone for a long time, I just upgraded from the 12 to the 17 Pro so that was a BIG change for me. My phone actually has a battery life! But okay with the store I just walked in, no appointment I just wanted to buy one but I knew exactly what I needed. It was annoying that I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come swipe my credit card (when there were like 20 people just standing around in the store). I don’t know how the store is organized, so I'm not blaming the employees I just think their system needs a little maintenance. When the guy came over I told him I knew exactly what phone, model, color just exactly what I researched and wanted. He then started trying to up charge me all this random stuff, which is totally cool cause it's probably in their script. He brought me to the setup desk which was great. The guy was super smiley and patient as I asked a bunch of questions because I now felt like a grandma with my superphone.

  我在这修的iPhone16pro Max，换的屏幕和背板，花了500多刀，结果出去玩，放在包里，上船时包沾了一下海水，手机屏幕就不work了，找到他们，谁是当时维修没发现手机壳的天线部分有裂痕，导致进水，让我们再付280元更新一台新的手机，我们说这不是我们的问题呀，他说没办法，只能如此。结果我们只好同意了。等手机到货了，我们去取手机时、要求我们必须马上交出旧手机、我说我的数据还在手里，他们不管，不给旧手机就不能拿新手机，我很着急用手机，只好先买了他们一台新手机，回家自己去导出数据。但由于屏幕损坏了，无法打开手机锁屏，数据自然无法导出。其实手机主板没问题，我们链接的Apple watch都可以接到电话和短信，如果他们帮忙我就可以轻松把手机数据传到新手机，但他们就是拒绝，他们的店长也无能为力，这种服务太差了，我们以后会拒绝从他们店买任何产品，他们一台完全不为顾客做一点努力，哪怕一点点。我们甚至说可以给你押金、你让我找别的人导出数据，他们还是拒绝！太令人失望了。我们住的离那里有30分钟，因为这个事跑了4次，最后由于手机太重要了，孩子的很多活动没有手机不行，我们只能放弃了手机里的数据，除去玩的照片豆没有了！可恶呀

  Went in to get my mom’s iPad fixed and they said I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours. Store was empty. It’s 4 on a Tuesday.

  Came here for my genius appointment and I was 15 minutes late. I told the lady that checked me in I know I am late, however she took me in and didn’t say the wait time will be 45 minutes, I am writing this review now as I am waiting and this 45 minutes can be longer. I wish they would advise us of the wait time, instead of waste my time sitting when I can reschedule or go shop.
