  I was getting my car repaired and the mechanic suggested I go to the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field to get what I needed. While he did my other car repairs I walked the 2 1/2 miles to the store. When I got there the store was closed. Darren saw me outside and greeted me with a smile and told me the store did not open until 10am. I think he saw my disappointment and went out of his was to get me the cord despite their being closed. I have never experienced such great customer service. Darren, thank you for being so helpful. You made my day!

  To the Management Team of the Apple Store at Roosevelt Field, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent Apple Vision Pro demo appointment at your Roosevelt Field location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited for more than 30 minutes without receiving any assistance or acknowledgment from a staff member. Despite having a confirmed appointment, nobody approached me, provided an update, or offered any explanation for the delay. I have been an Apple customer for more than 10 years and have purchased and used many Apple products throughout that time. This experience was the first time I have felt genuinely disappointed and disrespected as a customer. The Apple Vision Pro is one of the most innovative products Apple has introduced in recent years. I scheduled this demo because I wanted to experience the technology firsthand and potentially re-engage with Apple’s latest ecosystem. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and professionalism during my visit left a very negative impression. If Apple is committed to the Vision Pro product line, customers who take the time to schedule demonstrations should be treated with respect and professionalism. An appointment should mean something. Being left waiting for over 30 minutes without communication is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service that Apple is known for. I hope Apple will review this situation, address the customer service issues at this location, and ensure that future customers do not experience the same treatment. I expected much better from a company with Apple’s reputation.
