- NSNicole SilvesterMay 12, 20265.0I was there about 50 minutes ago and honestly I had a really good experience. There's a guy there named Brandon (or Brendon?), he helped us the entire time. Like a dingus I had forgotten my Apple ID password, we had to wait so long for my family member to get my laptop to figure it out. But he was extremely understanding and was very patient with us. Also, he had a lot of background and was able to explain things in a way that was not confusing what so ever. That man deserves a dang raise lol
- OLOsman LatipovMay 12, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment for an iPhone 15 Pro Max battery replacement, but when I arrived, I was told they did not have the battery in stock. This is extremely frustrating. If a customer books a specific repair appointment, the store should confirm that the required part is available before wasting the customer’s time. Very disappointing service experience from Apple.
- JHJose HernandezMay 9, 20261.0Bad service they don’t know want to do with iPhone I try exchange my iPhone Air idk what to do with it anymore they need change their attitude I been at Apple Store 10 years plus years now I never had issues with them been loyal to them I don’t want think it’s time to switch to android all my friends has iPhone idk what to do 3 years is I have to pay finances 14 day is crazy they should change their policy 90 days or something Apple need get shut down or fix their attitude some girls is very nice I don’t have no issues with Them the only thing is they need get train good at work without being rude or anything I don’t recommend anyone in this place sorry it’s need change it soon please don’t stay quiet

- GMGail MelisaMay 2, 20265.0On 5/1/2026, I bought a new IPhone (17 Pro). Thom was my Pro Sales Specialist, and Destiny was my Sales Specialist. They both made the data transfer from my IPhone 13 Pro less cumbersome. For example, when my new phone did not recognize a Google email password, Destiny told me to try logging in from a desktop computer. It did not work in the store, but it worked the next day. I logged in successfully. Thom and Destiny both knew what they were doing. I highly recommend!
