  I went to the store at 3 different hours. I was thinking of switching. I went at 12pm i tought they went out to luch. So i tried at 2 pm same thing could not see anyone inside. I then tried at 5pm still close even tought there was some guy inside siting on a desk of the quickfix and doors lock. Guess i switch to another company.

  On NOV 9th, The worker emad goes through the customers photos using customers passcodes. This cricket location violates customers privacy. They went through photos app when she got the charge port repaired there. It's in the same store and owner. The phone was dead the entire day until he was able to replace the port and charge it. Then he went through the photos app multiple times for more than 10 mins. The screen time showed definitive proof. Showing the only app used and opened was the photos app. Check time and day. NOV 9th The owner ran me in circles, claiming to help me with this issue but instead tells emad, who did it to call the police on me instead when I showed up to meet him as he said he would. They came and simply told them it was a civil matter. The owner agreed to meet with me multiple times to show me the footage but decides to bail every time. The owner would rather defend his worker that goes through peoples phones rather than help his customers figure out the situation. They have surveillance cameras that would clearly proof if he did or not but he refused to show me. Most likely this has happens multiple times and the other employees are likely involved as well.
