  I like the way they take care of my dog Teddy I have insurance and I have home in care club And it still does not cover the expenses. They give prices like you have a money tree. No discounts or anything to help expenses. It is all about the money. I wish alll care about that. I spend about 250 a month. And it doesn’t cover it.

  So the place is over priced yeah but I must say if your pet has serious health problems go to a better vet in like bond vet in merrick. This place had me waste money on an x-ray for cancer then and a test that was inaccurate. Dr. Tanaka is not as knowledgeable as she likes to believe. Personally the facility isn't bed it that one "doctor". Please heed my words DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH Dr. Tanaka. Please for your sake and your pet's sake.

  Dr. Lee is fantastic with my dog Mikey (aka) Monster Mike. The staff are great too.

  We made an appointment. First, I filled out the information about Tommy and Muiz online. Then I called them back and only had to wait for about a second. A really nice American girl answered the phone. I understood some things, but I had a little trouble understanding everything, so she helped me and got a Russian-speaking interpreter for me. She was such a nice girl and really helped me.

  I cannot thank Dr. Tanaka or Dr. Lee Enough for what they have done to help our rabbit Korra. I never wait more than five minutes for my visits, everyone always comes in with such a positive attitude, ready to greet us and make us feel comfortable. After visits, they always call to check up Korra, it has been a pleasure going to this vet for 10+ years.
