  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice based on my recent experience. I recently found a cat outside near my home who was clearly unwell and decided to take her in. I chose Broadway because I had taken my childhood pets there in the past and had previously trusted their care. Unfortunately, the experience with my new cat was very different. During her scheduled visit, I had to ask for her to be weighed. Despite her having ongoing upper-respiratory symptoms, no additional diagnostic testing was performed to investigate the underlying cause, and she was not prescribed any medication to address her respiratory symptoms. I also had significant difficulty reaching the office by phone. I called with concerns about my cat’s breathing and, as of writing this review, my call from over a week ago has still not been returned. When I was able to speak with staff, I often felt as though my concerns about my sick cat were an inconvenience rather than something they were interested in addressing. I ultimately decided to seek a second opinion at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in South Corning, and the difference in care has been substantial. The staff have been much more responsive, thorough, and reassuring, and my cat is now receiving treatment for the issues that Broadway VCA overlooked and she’s doing much better! I understand that veterinary medicine can involve uncertainty and that not every illness has an immediate answer. My concern is the lack of communication, follow-up, and feeling that my concerns were being taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not return to this practice. i highly recommend Town & Country in South Corning.

  The pet subscription service is NOT A SUBSCRIPTION. THE MOMENT YOU SIGN THAT PAPER, You commit to paying $1000s and they won’t let you out of it, EVEN IF YOUR PET DIES. I’ve been there 5 times to fix it, and I was just charge for the 4th month AFTER I lost my dog. This is such a scam I can’t believe it’s even legal. I doubt that it is and at this point imma have to get a lawyer

  The whole staff were so awesome with my Rottweilers Nova and Cubby! Nova was scared to death. Dr. Hager actually sat down on the floor with her, for a good 20 minutes or so, talking to her, giving her treats and soothing her anxiety. I never saw anything like it in my life, not even a pediatrician with my children took out as much time from their schedule as Dr. Hager did with my baby girl. She is the best vet I've ever taken any of my animals to. Through my past experiences, I've found that most vets aren't in the business for the right reasons, just the money. They don't care about your feelings or your pets suffering. Dr. Hager is definitely the exception. She truly cares about the animals. Her heart is in the right place because allows her heart to be part of her career. She is the best!! Thank you!!!!
