  I wish can put not even one star,first I make appointment and went Apple Store to replace my phone battery and I went to Apple Store to reschedule because of I cannot make it on time but they’re allowed to change the time to come when I come, they want me to wait for more than two hours. End up Very ridiculous. I not even got my phone battery replacement . I’m so disappointed.!

  Racial discrimination isn't limited to this store—it also happens at the Apple Store on Long Island. They won't even bother to help you; they're only in it for the sales. I hope Apple Stores will hire more professional staff. You can all go to the Apple Store in Brooklyn. The staff there are very friendly.

  JULIEEEEEE, come to the FRONT! She did suchhhh an amazing job of assisting me today. She was warm, professional, informative and remained under pressure when the door got overwhelming from time to time. She was able to delegate amongst he team with a smile and taking on some of the load WHILE checking customers in. Not everyone was kind but she kept a smile and answered EVERY question coming at her from all angles. Give her a RAISE

  I love that you can book an appointment past 6 pm for a repair service even though they don’t take repairs after 6 pm. Told me a battery change would take 2 hours and then said they can’t do it today. Waited almost an hour to be told that. Absolutely bullshit I am never coming back here or to another Apple Store. There’s a repair store on the third floor does it for slightly more but same quality of work.

  Absolutely the worst Apple Store! Steer clear do not give your business to this store! The employees are completely incompetent and will say everything is your fault. My mom purchased a brand new phone 3 years ago and the problems have been never ending. Her phone constantly heats up! She has been to this store over 4 times in the past year to try to get her problem resolved. This is what apple care is for if a phone does not work then a new one should be given. The battery was changed and the phone does not work!! The store manager gaslighted my mom and said she was “using FaceTime too much, using her phone too much” when she does not. They did nothing to help her! The worst Apple Store and the worst manager!
