  Wish i could give me no stars to this place only one person was kind of helpful but other than that worst experience ever made me wait for literal hours then they gave wrong information then one of the employees was SO RUDE like he had an attitude and instead of being helpful like a sales person bro was so rude and he didn’t share the information rather than informing me he had the audacity to ask me if I understood english he did not even explain properly and they were VERY RUDE and at last I decided i would rather buy the iPhone AND I Couldn’t EVEN BUY IT i waited for one hour they weren’t even that busy asked about 6 employees i think even more but they were very rude i don’t know why but as a person who has purchased literally everything from apple this was the worst experience the employees were free but i don’t know why when i asked for help the said go there and there and i walked without buying shit cause of that level of hostility is not something im standing

  Worst store ever don’t bring a repair item here. They don’t give updates via email or phone. When you try to call they don’t answer at alll!!!! And when you call Customer support and they try to call they can never reach them save your sanity and patience and go somewhere else please!

  The technician’s lack of efficiency in repairing laptops is concerning. It takes them approximately two weeks to fix a laptop, whereas it should ideally be done within five business days. The reasons behind this delay are unclear. I strongly advise against seeking laptop or phone repairs in this area due to the technician’s unprofessional and inefficient service.

  There needs to be more camaraderie in this store. I had an appointment with the Genius Bar and was told I can check-in with staff at the entrance or back of the store. When I arrived, I wanted to check-in at the front but they sent me to the back. When I get to the back, a guy says wait for my name to be called. I waited and shortly after was notified that I lost my appointment. Ehron came to the rescue. She was patient, informative and helpful. Give her a raise.

  The Apple Store in the Queens Center Mall in Rego Park has the most professional and patient staff to help you navigate your new IPhone. Jackson and Shawn were beyond helpful and honest with deciding on which IPhone best suited us. No pressure to purchase extra accessories. Highly recommend this Apple Store over the one in Manhattan. Thank you Jackson & Shawn for all your help yesterday.
