  Worse service ever. I was waiting for over 40 minutes trying to get my father’s iPhone battery changed. No one acknowledged me, not even asking me how long I waited or if I was being helped. The employees look at me, but do not even go up to me. I went earlier in the morning and the employees had better service.

  Went there to buy a new Iphone 18 pro max but because of horrible customer service decided not to buy it. I expect Apple to have professional staff working at the store rather than hiring unprofessional staff who just has attitude and not willingness to help to the customers.

  For a high tech company the customer service in person really is abysmal and rather low tech. From poor utilization of available workers to noticeably incompetent staff, particularly Arturo and what I take to be his manager Saeed (Zaed) at this location, my experience on 9/23 while attempting to trade in a phone all but confirms for me that there has been a not-so-gradual “enshittfication” of the Apple brand, seeping so low as to affect the salespeople. I highly advise retraining — particularly before launch time. TLDR; My two cents, Apple customer service not what it used to be, avoid this location if at all possible.

  The worst retail experience of my life. I worked in customer service for many years, and if I had ever displayed the level of disinterest, lack of knowledge, and complete absence of basic human courtesy that I experienced at this location, I would have been fired immediately. The employees were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted as though simply assisting customers was an inconvenience. Truly disappointing, especially from a company like Apple. To make matters worse, they seem to have little to no stock of anything. Save yourself the hassle, place your order online and avoid dealing with the unnecessary attitude and terrible customer service at this location. After my experience, I’m not surprised at all to see how many other customers have left terrible reviews. Clearly, this is not an isolated experience.
