  The best veterinarian office in the state! I’m really glad I came here because they are super knowledgeable. All of the vets/vet techs really care about the animals!! I took my dog to the emergency vet because she wasn’t eating. They tried running expensive tests which I couldn’t afford. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her without running the tests apparently. It was really stressful they couldn’t give me an idea of what might be wrong with her. I brought my dog to this office and the doctor immediately knew that she had an upset stomach so that’s why she wasn’t eating. She received an anti nausea shot and within an hour or two she was back to being herself. I’m really glad I found this veterinarian, the doctors are very experienced here. The front desk staff were also super friendly and caring! I’m forever grateful!!

  I have to give this place the flowers and recognition they deserve. It has taken me a while to write this review but I feel it is important to put out there. As a pet parent you always want to make sure your pets are well cared for and I could not think of a better place than VCA. We have taken my cats Bob and Shiska here and they've seen Dr.Chen who has always given the care they deserve and we've been given the understanding as pet parents to make the medical decisions we deem necessary for our senior cats. My cat Bob was experiencing some concerning symptoms. I made an appointment for March 27th and accidentally came in thinking it was on March 26th. They were able to fit me in for an appointment that day with our vet Dr. Chen to make sure everything was okay with him. We unfortunately came to the medical decision that his symptoms were associated with kidney failure and that we had to face the toughest decision every pet parent has to make. During that time, my mom wanted to come say goodbye to him and they allowed us to have the time we needed to say goodbye before he journeyed on to the rainbow bridge. They treated us with nothing but grace and kindness during his last moments and the process postmortem. Which I feel is very important for an office to uphold. Thank you Dr. Chen for the care you provided Bob throughout his life and Shiska will be coming here for future visits! 🐾

  This team has always gone above and beyond for my dog Chewy and my family. They were always professional, compassionate and just overall phenomenal. My Chewy had seen several vets in his lifetime but no one compares to Dr. Yohay, Dr. Chen and the rest of the team. Truly thank you for all the help and support you gave to Chewy before he crossed the rainbow bridge. You can absolutely entrust your pet/four legged family member with them.

  Sad, I’ve always loved this place but today had my first bad experience. Called in to say I was going to be five minutes late - unfortunately had a bad situation come up and was doing my best to come as soon as possible - the staff immediately told me they have a 10 minute late policy. I said I understand, it will only be 7 minutes over the time I was scheduled so I’ll be within the policy. They said “oh, sorry you would have to reschedule or wait an hour or so,” to which I was confused and asked about the late policy they were just referencing and all they had to say is “ this doctor (which is Dr. Gross) is very strict.” Something like that. I’ve had Dr. Gross before and he was kind when I met him in person. Just an incredibly frustrating experience and a shame Dr. Gross doesn’t like following their own late policies. Wasted my time driving frantically.
