  DO NOT get lured in by their free visit coupon. I have never been to a veterinary facility that cared less about its customers and patients. They are obsessively punctual to a fault—if you arrive even five minutes late, they will turn you away and refuse to see your sick pet. What makes it worse is their sheer hypocrisy: they explicitly text you that they permit a 10-minute grace period, yet they refuse to honor their own written policy. Your sick pet deserves better than a rigid, uncaring establishment. Take them to any other facility where the staff is actually competent, compassionate, and capable of following their own rules.

  Do not use them. I’m warning you. They are horrible. I called up because I have a 17 year-old cat that is terribly ill not eating and hiding and they said oh we’re too busy today to see him sorry and that was it and I was not happy and I told the girl I was not happy and she just hung up!!!! No compassion from this place at all been going there for 15 years and I’m done and I advise you to do the same. Do not use them.!!!!! And the girl answering the phone is in the wrong line of work she could care less about animals……….

  The best veterinarian office in the state! I’m really glad I came here because they are super knowledgeable. All of the vets/vet techs really care about the animals!! I took my dog to the emergency vet because she wasn’t eating. They tried running expensive tests which I couldn’t afford. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her without running the tests apparently. It was really stressful they couldn’t give me an idea of what might be wrong with her. I brought my dog to this office and the doctor immediately knew that she had an upset stomach so that’s why she wasn’t eating. She received an anti nausea shot and within an hour or two she was back to being herself. I’m really glad I found this veterinarian, the doctors are very experienced here. The front desk staff were also super friendly and caring! I’m forever grateful!!

  I have to give this place the flowers and recognition they deserve. It has taken me a while to write this review but I feel it is important to put out there. As a pet parent you always want to make sure your pets are well cared for and I could not think of a better place than VCA. We have taken my cats Bob and Shiska here and they've seen Dr.Chen who has always given the care they deserve and we've been given the understanding as pet parents to make the medical decisions we deem necessary for our senior cats. My cat Bob was experiencing some concerning symptoms. I made an appointment for March 27th and accidentally came in thinking it was on March 26th. They were able to fit me in for an appointment that day with our vet Dr. Chen to make sure everything was okay with him. We unfortunately came to the medical decision that his symptoms were associated with kidney failure and that we had to face the toughest decision every pet parent has to make. During that time, my mom wanted to come say goodbye to him and they allowed us to have the time we needed to say goodbye before he journeyed on to the rainbow bridge. They treated us with nothing but grace and kindness during his last moments and the process postmortem. Which I feel is very important for an office to uphold. Thank you Dr. Chen for the care you provided Bob throughout his life and Shiska will be coming here for future visits! 🐾
