I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!

Selina did a great job helping myself and my family. She is so kind, sweet, and has an awesome personality. She goes over and beyond to make sure you are happy with what you are purchasing. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone. She is awesome at what she does and knows exactly what she is doing. Thank you again Selina for all your help.

Yesterday my LG Stylo 5 was acting strange. It was working in the early afternoon around 12:30 then when I checked on it again, it would not turn on. It wasnt dead looking. The battery was at 83%. It just gave me a black screen. So my husband took me to cricket. This one is on Transit Rd in the Wegmans Plaza. The service there is awesome. The young lady that works there is a Tech genius. Her name is Selena. Very nice woman. Very knowledgeable. She can help you out. (By the way, this story is hiring if interested). So we went in. She was able to get my phone working again. I had to by a new charger. She doesnt recommend you use the chargers that come with the phone itself. Because after while the cord frys and it zaps your phone. By one from them. They work awesome. So she was telling me that LG is no longer going to make cell phones and that eventually I will need a new phone. So she showed me a Moto G Stylo 5 and its really nice. I can keep my same number and service and its a big upgrade. They have them ordered so she will call me next week. Im very excited. When I get it, I will add the photo to my review. And my husband finally upgraded too. He's a flip phone kinda guy. But after 8 yrs he finally got a better nicer one. We recommend this cricket store. Selena is who you want to see. I pray she makes manager one day. She definitely deserves it.
