  My daughter called here yesterday as we were having an emergency with my dog. They were about to close. They were filled up until closing, but they had compassion and mercy and said I could bring my dog in. She was suffering, gasping for air. They all made time to take care of my Princess. Sadly, I had to let her go, but the doctor and her staff were all so very kind and patient. They talked me through each step and I stayed with my girl to the very end. I’m so very grateful for the care they gave my dog and for their treatment of my family as we made a very difficult decision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart VCA

  I would HIGHLY recommend NEVER bringing your pet to this facility. We had been clients for three years. Our dog developed a small lump on his back. When it grew and opened up, we called immediately to get an appointment, which was made for the same day at 2pm. Great. When I arrived for the appointment, I was "greeted" by an EXCEPTIONALLY rude employee, who informed me we would not be seen. She indicated their computer system was down, and for that reason, they weren't seeing patients. I first clarified that no one called at any point to inform me of this abrupt cancellation. I then asked if there was, in fact, a vet available and was told yes. I asked if the vet could just take a look at the spot to let me know if this was something that should be addressed immediately or if it could wait until a normal office appointment could be rescheduled. She told me that wouldn't be happening. When I asked for clarification as to why, she stated it was because they couldn't input notes into the chart. When I asked why the notes couldn't just be handwritten and input later, she again said that won't be happening and added that they weren't able to see his records. I offered to pull his records up on my phone, as I have their app and access to all his past visit information. She again responded that wouldn't be happening. This office fully had the ability to help my dog but outright refused to do ANYTHING except turn us away. A computer issue should not render a veterinarian's office useless. That is alarming and, frankly, unacceptable in this field. Care and assistance could, and should,have been provided. Much less an issue, though also disappointing, was the way they treated a patient who arrived for a scheduled appointment. I cannot overstate how truly poor this employee's attitude, demeanor, and tone were. There was a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion, which again is really a requisite in veterinary medicine. I am now back at home with my dog who has an open sore, and it's too late for me to get him an appointment with another vet in the area (everything locally is either already closed or fully booked). I will be finding a new veterinarian's office, and again, I would strongly recommend other's avoid this location as well.

  Caring staff and clean facility. We had to get my deceased family member's cat checked over before relocating to another person in the family. They were very understanding and accommodating in getting him in quickly even though he wasn't an established patient. If I was able to have a pet I'd definitely feel comfortable bringing them here. Also the 1st day we were unable to get him in the carrier and they didn't charge for a last minute cancelation.

  The staff are very personable. The doctors give measured advice and walk you through things very well and quite thoughtfully.
