Valkyrie Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery nestled in the historic downtown area of Chester NY. We focus on direct trade relationships with farmers to create the most sustainable coffee sourcing in the region, with strict standards and a wide variety of rare single-origin beans. Our menu is original and strives to be unlike any other shop, with every sauce and component of the drinks made from scratch in house. Whether it’s a campfire mocha that’s smoked with locally sourced applewood chips, or a dulce de biscoff latte with homemade slow cooked dulce de leche, we have a drink for you! We do not serve hot food items, but we do have a variety of artisan pastries and a wide selection of Vegan/GF options as well.
