- JLJulie LudwigJan 16, 20211.0If I could leave a zero star I would. I signed up for geek squad in the past this was an amazing service. This last time has been the worst experience . Did the company get bought out? They have had my computer for 3 weeks hasn't even been looked at according to there tracking it hasn't been assigned to a person yet. You have to wait 45+ minutes on hold just to be rerouted to corporate. The stores apparently can no longer answer phones. Corporate can not tell you anything more than what you already know. They say they'll send messages for you to be contacted but it never happens. I now need to go buy my son another computer before college start I will definitely NOT buy nor recommend Best Buy in the future. Will be filing a complaint with better business bureau
