  Great new patient experience here! One of my cats injured her eye and we couldn’t get in anywhere nearby. VCA’s website and check in over text was super easy to navigate, book the appointment, and have them contact my vet for the records transfer. We were seen quickly and in and out within an hour. My girl’s eye has been examined and given the all clear to continue healing. Having her weighed, given a full assessment, and treated so well by the staff. She’s super vocal and was comfortable in the exam room, which was a relief as we’re new here. Definitely will be coming back with my other cats, as the hours and availability of appointments is so important to us. We also appreciate the new patient coupon. Thank you VCA!

  I trust them with my animals.I've been with this place for over 10 years.I've taken my cats and my dogs. They just added vca pet plan which I am very grateful for but they are expensive. The staff there loves my dog. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT I WILL RECOMMEND THEM BEFORE ANY OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITAL!

  My dog has a plethora of health issues, and has been to many vets. I have never felt more supported than I do here. I took him in for an emergency visit, and I was able to get in first thing the next morning. They called me to check in on him, and answered a million questions I had about his mediation and next steps. They speak to you like a person, and make sure you understand every step of your pets care. I really appreciate all the staff who’s helped me with my boy.

  Took my very ill cat here once last year by recommendation. From the outside it looked like a very nice place. Inside the waiting area my boyfriend found a flea, which he killed. During our visit I explained my concerns to the vet tech which she brought to the vet on staff. Then they came in and approached me with a 3200 treatment plan without discussing any other options. They didn't even give my kitty bloodwork. They just went off assumption. I left after they squeezed $550 out of me for an xray that they took without sedation because I told them I didn't have the full amount they were asking. Of course they didn't find anything because they were fishing blindly at my expense. I walked out of there knowing I'd never ever set foot there again. And I never heard back from them once! Until I got here "annual checkup" postcard in the mail yesterday. A few months later my kitty was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism because I found a place with extremely empathetic and knowledgeable staff and a veterinarian who is absolutely wonderful. Her appointment, testing and treatment was hundreds less than this place and they call me at least once a week to check in with her to see how she's doing. There are better options out there. This place is absolutely awful unless you have a healthy animal.
