  I took my dog on Wednesday to be cremated my Bella she was a pit bull mixed with boxer, she was my faithful companion, she was my child and I am so lost without her, I’m going through the worst pain in my life and they were so compassionate and sweet they make sure the I was ok even the thought I wasn’t and they even offer to wash the comforter were my dog was wraps on, I always be grateful for how well they took care of my dog and me, if I get another dog for sure I’ll will take it to them, Thank you vca team!

  I had an appointment for my dogs nails to be trimmed. I had been waited 20 min before I went to say something. Finally someone came out and she asked if I wanted to come into the room to talk about the nail trim ? She told me it would be $60 for just a nail trim , without a regular vet visit. I feel like that is something that should have been explained to me on the phone when I made my appointment. My dog does not do well in the car, so this was a huge inconvenience.

  Brought my kitty in because she was having some tummy issues. They took such great care of my precious Pawsey girl. They were so caring and gentle with her. You can tell that the staff here love their jobs. As the owner you have to have the peace of mind knowing that the staff cares about your baby!!!

  Great new patient experience here! One of my cats injured her eye and we couldn’t get in anywhere nearby. VCA’s website and check in over text was super easy to navigate, book the appointment, and have them contact my vet for the records transfer. We were seen quickly and in and out within an hour. My girl’s eye has been examined and given the all clear to continue healing. Having her weighed, given a full assessment, and treated so well by the staff. She’s super vocal and was comfortable in the exam room, which was a relief as we’re new here. Definitely will be coming back with my other cats, as the hours and availability of appointments is so important to us. We also appreciate the new patient coupon. Thank you VCA!
