  If I can tell you in a few words my experience in this store, it'll probably be, 2nd to none. I used to go to the Seneca st store as well as other stores in Buffalo and I'll never step foot in any other store again. After I went to Elmwood and met Jerry and Remy ! They both take care of their customers as if they were their only customers. 10 ✨ This is the type of things they do for the customers on a daily basis.

  First & last experience w this nightmare. Unprofessional is a complement~Felt like I was in crack house~One rep ignored us for 10 minutes eatin on counter and the other itchy rep on his phone talkin how he came to work straight from all nighter~We were sold a broke phone. The next day tried to return it or get help. Rep initially said we could exchange it, five minutes later rep said no we could not. No alternative was offered. Basically screwed out of $200.
