  I don’t know anyone’s names but there was a Hispanic man and young lady who were AMAZING. Very charismatic and nice and they fixed hotspot issue in less than 6mins after I was on the phone with customer service for like an hour. Please give these two raises cause I was literally planning to drop cricket after that customer service call lol.

  Ryan was awesome!!! *At Amherst and Grant Tops plaza* He took the time to patiently help me till the issues was completed. He was very knowledgeable with my phone and what I needed. Very happy with my experience.

  If I can tell you in a few words my experience in this store, it'll probably be, 2nd to none. I used to go to the Seneca st store as well as other stores in Buffalo and I'll never step foot in any other store again. After I went to Elmwood and met Jerry and Remy ! They both take care of their customers as if they were their only customers. 10 ✨ This is the type of things they do for the customers on a daily basis.
