    I had a very disappointing experience with the Geek Squad service at Best Buy. I brought my iPhone in because the top speaker volume became very low and I could barely hear calls. The representative immediately claimed there was residue in the speaker and suggested it was most likely caused by water damage, which is completely false. My phone has never been exposed to water and has always been kept protected. They then told me they ran diagnostics and said the top speaker could not even be detected because it was supposedly broken. Their solution was to replace the phone for a $100 fee through my AppleCare+ coverage. On top of that, they said they did not have replacement phones available in the store and I would need to wait several days for one to arrive. I decided not to proceed with the replacement. When I got home, I simply cleaned the top speaker carefully with a toothbrush, and the problem was completely resolved. So now I seriously question what kind of “diagnostics” were performed to incorrectly tell me the speaker was broken and the phone needed replacement. The Geek Squad service was completely useless and would have cost me $100 unnecessarily.

    If there 0 starts option i would go for it, i placed a order for a 85 inch tv and i scheduled the delivery day by myself, double checked the delivery date in my email. Started planning for the event i had. And before the delivery day i found out that they rescheduled the delivery day out of their minds, no emails, no calls, no text messages. They just rescheduled without even asking me Spent one hour calling customer service on my phone, nobody could do anything about and they don’t even know how could that happen. I think that was one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a electronics stores..

    agents and supervisor just said that their internal team has reviewed this with FedEx, and because FedEx confirms delivery (no picture proof!!!), they were unable to process a refund. I paid for a product I never received! I gave Best Buy money, but they didn't give me the product! Best Buy refused to solve their customer's problem, refused to take their responsibility. They should issue a refund to me and ask for compensation or solutions from the carrier they collaborated with. 0 points!!!

    Not going come too this best buy what is the reason too set up an appointment if you can come early and have me waiting when I could've just went to another best buy dont like this at all wont come back... Ok i recently went back and the guy at geek squad came thru keep they word when I said I had an appointment at 1040 Lady got mad next time make an appointment Kevin help me with laptop so Yes 1 star too 3 stars 🌟 and I try not too change it again but if I come back and it's still not getting fix turn back too 1 star
