  “Open-Box Good” here apparently means: $2k laptop in a paper bag, no box, no power cable, and an SSD with 2,825 hours and 14,184 power cycles already on it. That’s a year of heavy use being passed off as a lightly-returned item. Either gross negligence or worse. Check the drive stats before you buy anything open-box at this location.

  Had an amazing experience with Adam and August, they've helped me wirh the process of getting the correct camera for my apartment and made the installation process a breeze. They need a raise, amazing work. I became a card and a plus member because of them.

  I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra online for in-store pickup. The entire store was so friendly and helpful. I made an error online when submitting my trade-In information and everyone there was doing their best to help resolve the issue as seamlessly as possible. After I picked up the phone, I asked if I could sit by Geek Squad in order to transfer my data. The security and Geek Squad desk were both helpful and asked if I needed anything and offered a phone charger while I waited as well. I will definitely make this my primary Best Buy if I ever go shopping again. Thank you to the entire staff for being so helpful.

  Danny was so amazing. He helped me out and made me extremely happy and solve my problem. He was very professional and answered all the questions i had. And he also made my day because i was feeling down about my situation with my tv. Good customer service is what Danny have and i appreciate him.
