I went here for a replacement earbud for my AirPods. Not only did it take them 20 mins just to bring it down and sell to me, but then I get home and it still doesn’t work. Even after trouble shooting it myself, I still can’t get the earbud to sync properly. So now, I’m going to go over there and have a stern talking with someone because not only did they waste a bunch of my time but I paid like $70 bucks for this

I went in for 1 thing that would’ve taken less than 3 mins. Waited 15 mins only to be ignored. There were 3-5 ppl standing there doing nothing and when I asked 2 other ppl for assistance, they both pointed at the one guy in that section. Apparently only ONE person has the capability to sell me air tags… and he was busy with another client. Isn’t this suppose to be one space one team? That’s like having a server say, “sorry that’s not my section so I’m not going to take care of you.” Ended up leaving bc I wasn’t gnna wait another 30 mins for a 30 sec purchase.

Apparently, the sales staff here is not “trained” to know that you can determine the information about a specific laptop or iMac by looking up the model number which is printed on every Apple product. Apparently this is something you need training to know. At an Apple Store. The people in charge of doing used Mac exchanges for store credit here spent 20 minutes trying to figure out the year of an iMac my girlfriend’s mother tried to trade in. 20 mins. And when I finally was able to park the car and come inside myself, I was told they were “trying to figure out the year of the computer, “ to which I scoffed, googled the model number, and had an answer within 4 seconds. “We aren’t trained about that information sir, that’s for the technicians. So that’s why we didn’t know that.” Was the explanation. I mean, I suppose in this day and age it is truly too much to expect an employee at a store who is responsible for giving values for trade ins would know how to identify the products sold at said store from each other.

It was very bust today I was just trying to get a new MacBook was waiting 30 minutes for someone to actually help me and than when we wanted to a store pick to one of the employees she said “do you have an issue buying it in the store” literally with an attitude with was Asian with glasses I tho if that was very rude working in retail it’s hard but you have to be nice to you’re customers or they won’t come back it’s not that hard don’t like you’re job than try another working field. But we got help with the second employee she had pink hair and a star nose ring I thought she was very nice and helpful!

Absolutely hate this store. I had apple care for a stolen phone and no one could help me retrieve information on the phone that was stolen, which I bought from this specific branch. They had no purchase record of the phone so couldn’t pull up my apple care and I had to buy a new phone. Eventually I was able to get access to my apple care days later on my own. My main issue with the employees is they seem to not be able to explain why they can’t access specific information about products they sell, distribute and carry. All they know how to do is run your bank card in a transaction. The fact that they couldn’t pull up my apple care is a serious flaw on apple.
