  We had such a wonderful experience with Nay. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely took the time to help us resolve an issue with our phone. Nay explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. He maintained his professionalism even in a very busy setting. His willingness to help really stood out. We truly appreciate the time and care he gave us and are very grateful for the excellent experience.

  Came in on Sunday this week having lost my phone and unable to reset my apple ID. I’m waved over by an employee and walk up to him while holding an ipad in my hands. I said “Hi, I lost my phone and need to reset my apple ID” the employee just goes “Well you can’t reset it without your phone.” Literally turned me away on what was clearly a shitty day for me 😂 with no explanation he pissed me off so bad I’m buying a flip phone. Whatever!!!

  Worst staff experience, completely unhelpful and rude and contradictory with online support. Will never be stopping by this store and would recommend people go to other Apple stores / take their business elsewhere. Probably the worst store I’ve ever shopped at.

  Horribly understaffed; the sole Genius Bar employee was stretched too thin and had to work with three customers at the same time. The service was glacial and inefficient; a data migration task—which was ultimately unsuccessful due to a faulty cable at the store—took about an hour. The staff are consummate professionals in the art of ignoring customers; getting their attention is like pulling teeth. It is far easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than to get any task accomplished in this store.

  I am paying insurance, I don’t know why the insurance company from TMobil Sends me to Apple Store, today is my 4th day trying to get a replacement phone, every day they got an issue, the 2 last days they said the sister is not working, yesterday they said they need the receipt of the phone which I bought almost a year ago, after provided the receipt yesterday they asking me to comeback today I am here waiting almost 2 hours and the person who supposed take care me is taken care other customers
