    I came to the Apple Store several times to have my screen replaced. Every single visit, I had to wait around 30 minutes just to hand over my phone, and then another 30 minutes to get it back. In the end, they told me they found water damage and refused to repair it. Instead, they suggested that I buy a new iPhone. Great customer service. So I decided to buy a new phone. I came back for it, only to find out they had already sold it to someone else. After multiple visits and hours of wasted time, my phone wasn’t repaired, and I didn’t even get the new one I came to buy. Thanks, Apple.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, checked in, and waited nearly 40 minutes. The store was extremely noisy with loud music and conversations. When I finally asked why I hadn’t been called, I was told that my name had already been called. Either it wasn’t called clearly, it was mispronounced, or it was announced from across the crowded store where it was impossible to hear. I then had to check in again and wait another 10 minutes. When I finally met with the technician, I was told they could replace my battery, but because my phone has a tiny dent on one corner of the frame (with no cracks or scratches on the screen), there was a possibility the screen could break during the repair. If that happened, I would be ending with a not working or cracked screen or responsible for an additional $329 plus tax for a screen replacement. What I found most frustrating was that Apple, one of the world’s largest technology companies, told me they couldn’t safely replace a battery without this risk, while many independent repair shops routinely perform battery replacements without damaging the screen even with bigger dents to phone edges . It was difficult to understand why Apple doesn’t have a better process or more specialized tools to minimize that risk. After waiting almost an hour, I left without having the battery replaced. I expected a smoother appointment process and a higher standard of service from Apple, but unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing.

    Worst Apple Store on earth. Every time I make an appointment ahead of time and no matter what I end up waiting an hour. This most recent occurrence (today) the staff member evidently didn’t scan the QR code for my appointment correctly (only learned this when i asked after waiting for so long). At the 60 minute marker someone finally came over to inform me they’re all sold out of the AirPod i made an appointment to purchase. Staff could not have been more rude or cared less. Ready to switch to Samsung.

    We are an older couple and very challenged when it comes to technology. We had some major problems with our devices. The first time we went into the store, we were disappointed with the help. He actually made things worse. That being said our luck changed completely the second time. We had a lovely young women named Dani and she was amazing. Not only did she solve all of our problems. She was patient, we had her full attention, professional and just a great person. Thank you Dani!!

    the total incompetence of the staff is mind-numbingly frustrating. I really don't know how to put into words how many times staff failed to use their common sense or their listening ears to address my broken phone. I pay for apple care, expressly so i dont have to worry about going days with a broken phone, but i spent a total 7 hours there over the course of 2 days trying to get my phone fixed, but I couldn't even get them to diagnose the problem much less fix it. I could barely even get a technician to speak to me during my appointment time, they were constantly bumbling from one client to the next and rarely taking the time to listen to me describe my problems. I've never in my life had a customer service experience like this and I regret being too polite and not standing up for myself.
