  The Apple store is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable of the computers. I met with Noah who helped me and took the time to explain in detail and visually of all I can expect from my new mac air laptop. I went there to trade in my old devices and it was a breeze. The only thing I found unprofessional conduct there was a supervisor who came over to discuss Noah’s work hours while Noah was assisting me with my purchase. That in my opinion was very unprofessional by a supervisor . Other than that the store opened on time 10:00 am although I arrived way to early 8:00 am. No worries I got a chance to see all of downtown Brooklyn and what it offers.

  Booked an online appointment to replace my iPhone battery. Checked in on time, then waited 20 minutes past my appointment before anyone helped me. First employee tried to talk me into buying a new phone because mine was already almost two years old. Then told me, despite what the Apple app said, the battery couldn’t be replaced that day. I explained I only wanted the battery replaced since new phones come out in September. That employee disappeared, and a second person told me the battery wasn’t in stock and would take three days to arrive — plus another two hours for the actual repair. The Genius Bar feels like the Gaslighting Bar. I did my research and only wanted a replacement battery but they made me sit through a sales pitch. If they knew the battery I needed wasn’t in stock why would they take the appointment? Apple loves to seem green, promoting repairability in theory, but in practice the process is designed to push customers toward buying new devices.

  Do not get repair services here. The "genius" seemed like it was his first day. More focused on putting me in a business account than actually fixing my device. Now, after the visit, the AppleTV he found nothing wrong with has blown out my $1200 AV receiver.

  The Apple Store in Downtown Brooklyn (near Atlantic Terminal) is an impressive triangular-shaped architectural masterpiece, with huge glass walls that bring the rhythm of New York inside. The special angle here is the contrast: Although it is located at one of the city's busiest intersections, the ceiling and floor were specially designed to isolate noise and neutralize vibrations from the subway passing below. Inside, you will find the "Genius Grove" with real ficus trees that create a calm and natural atmosphere in the heart of the urban area. A perfect place for a high-quality technological stop, just before continuing to a concert at the nearby Barclays Center.

  It's just a scam shop! I paid them 14,500+ dollars to repair the iPhone, and they broke my camera while repairing the screen and replacing the battery, saying that they could not diagnose the camera's serviceability before accepting the iPhone for repair! I asked to invite the manager, but he ended up in the same gang with these scammers and did not try to correct their mistake! Right now, I have two options for how I present this.: - their technicians, when replacing the screen and battery on my iPhone, simply broke the contact of my camera; - they just stole two cameras from my phone to switch to another one or resell! Manager Brian is absolutely incapable of talking to clients and solving situations! I bought a lot of things in this store, now I won't do it! Это просто магазин мошенников!
