Estoy extremadamente molesto con el servicio de geek squad. Fui a reclamar una garantía de una TV de 75 pulgadas y desde el inicio todo fue un desastre.
Primero, me dicen que tengo que llevarla personalmente. Les explico claramente que es una TV de 75”, que no es algo que uno pueda cargar así nada más, y pregunto si tienen servicio para recogerla en casa. Me dicen que NO, que tengo que llevarla.
Después de gastar dinero en materiales para empacarla bien y pagar transporte para llevarla con muchísimo cuidado, cuando llego allá… me dicen que NO debí llevarla. ¿En serio? ¿Entonces para qué me hicieron hacer todo eso?
Encima de eso, me hacen esperar más de una hora para hablar con una supervisora, solo para decirme básicamente lo mismo: que no la pueden aceptar. Cero solución, cero empatía.
Ahora tengo que gastar MÁS dinero para devolver la TV a mi casa y me dicen que llame para pedir una compensación. Cuando llamo, me salen con que no pueden hacer nada porque “es problema de ellos”. O sea, ¿cometen el error y yo pago las consecuencias?
Servicio totalmente desorganizado, mala comunicación y una pérdida de tiempo y dinero increíble. No lo recomiendo para nada. Que instrullan mejor su personal.
