  They suck don’t go they will waste your time I made a appointment for 5:50 at 7:30 I’m still here no repairs no help should of went to 59th street location or grand central DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

  Horrible Experience. We already new what we wanted and were ready to purchase but no one was available. People were just walking around modeling, attending people that were not buying anything just asking random questions. We approached two reps and were directed to wait at a random table while they were just there .

  Let me start by saying I am NOT an Apple user. With that being said I was pleasantly surprised when I entered and was promptly helped. Not only did they listen to what I was looking for they did try to upsell me. The purchase was done in under a 1/2 hour. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Josiah? and I highly recommend seeking him out.

  The saving grace is Stephanie. I went in to reset my iPad. And the employee who was supposed to helping me kept walking away and not assisting me. She kept walking away and assisting other people. Then the device I was resetting my iPad on died. And I had to go up to find someone to assist. I went in to the store was seated and after 15 mins no one came to greet me. I had to go up to someone for assistance. And when I went to the person at the counter and explained what happened she stated she just got there and does not know anything so please explain it to her again. Then a supervisor told me they stated they couldn’t find me and checked me off as already assisted!!!?!! I should have known when the person sitting next to me said she was waiting for hours and just had to be up leaving

  My first time at the Apple Store, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I called In my phone broken phone and they schedule an appointment for me. it was a little wait but only 10-15mins. If you’re a decent human being..they are working with other people but they try to get to everyone quick and fast! It only took an 1.30hr to fix my phone. Thanks to Edgar and especially to amire they were great help!!
