  The worst experience I care my phone there two times to ask them what is wrong with my phone the suggestion is to change the board on the phone while the phone is saying that the battery was not good. I need to spend $600 to repair the phone. They suggest is best that I bought a new phone so I bought the new phone and Go to a third-party with my iPhone 14 Pro Max somewhere else the phone repair person told me the only thing wrong with the phone that the battery is not good by looking on the phone itself. You can see the screen push out by this well battery care about the phone that I purchase that Apple representative told me to buy because they prefer profit than to fix a $90 battery into a phone. They prefer to sell me a $600 phone something seriously wrong with that store two person were there and they can’t figure out that the battery in the phone is not working and call their self technician. They need to get proper training. Two hours three hours waiting ridiculous is best that you go to Yonkers all bunch of crooks and criminals there and scammers

  Funciona como cualquier Apple Store pero sin duda se ofrece el servicio más lento que puedas imaginar, NO hay suficiente personal para la cantidad de personas que frecuentan la tienda y aveces pareciera que se la pasan merodeando o extendiendo el tiempo más de lo normal con cada cliente. Me tocó buscar un reemplazo de mi IPhone y tardé 4 horas en total, 2 en lo que finalmente me atendieron, luego vieron mi IPhone roto, dijeron que venía otra persona ahí pasó una hora más, y luego cuando vió que no era reparable se perdió en el interior y salió con el IPhone nuevo una hora después, es normal ver clientes esperando que terminan yéndose, es terrible la experiencia en este lugar.

  My experience at this location was extremely disappointing and concerning. As a Black customer, I felt ignored, overlooked, and treated differently from other customers who entered the store. Employees walked past me without offering assistance, while I observed other customers receiving attention and service. The difference in treatment was noticeable enough that I did not feel welcome or valued as a customer. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that Black customers consider visiting another location, particularly one downtown, if that is an option. If you must shop at this location, my recommendation would be to research what you want beforehand, place your order for pickup, collect your purchase, and leave. No customer should have to wonder whether their race or ethnicity is affecting the level of service they receive. Regardless of who walks through the door, everyone should be acknowledged and treated with the same basic level of courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I value my time, my money, and my dignity too much to spend them somewhere that made me feel as though my business was neither wanted nor appreciated. I will not be returning to this location.
