    Very unprofessional experience at Apple Store. I made an appointment to fix my phone, and the technician did a diagnostic and found the issue. After that, he kept going back and forth to the back area giving me different answers. First, he told me they didn’t have the tools to fix my phone and asked if I could come back in 7 days. I said okay. Then he came back again and told me to come back the next day instead. After that, he said they would call me when everything was ready. It has now been more than a week and I still haven’t received any call or update about my phone. The communication and customer service were very disappointing. Being told different things every few minutes and then being left waiting with no follow-up is extremely unprofessional. I expected much better service from Apple.

    terrible customer service, not one single employee acknowledged me, they all walked by me and not a single one asked if i needed help but any other customer that walked in they immediately went up to them, it kind of felt like they were just racist. Not stepping foot here again.

    The best time to see the truth is when unknown. I came here to see about exchanging my air pods. I’ve been watching interactions between staff technicians and customers. Simeon(Team Leader) and Amanda (Store Manager) came and spoke to me as if I was president of Apple. I witnessed Amanda handle and de-escalate a situation where the customer was getting irate. AMAZING JOB. Derrick was my technician and he definitely found a solution for me with no complaining. THANK YALL.

    One employee changes it all. I had multiple visits to the Apple Store Bay Plaza due to an ongoing “SIM failure / SOS mode” issue after being referred from T-Mobile. Timeline: • Wed, April 15: Appointment with Rob—professional and thorough. Device sent out for repair (no loaner provided). • Mon: Returned for status—no updates available. • Tues: Picked up device, worked with Derek (very helpful), sent to T-Mobile for activation → same issue returned immediately. • Next morning: Problem again. • Final visit (11:45 AM): After a long wait, I was approached by an employee named Josh, who was dismissive and condescending. He stated he “did not like my energy” and refused to assist me before walking away. Thankfully, Judith stepped in—professional, patient, and solution-oriented. After 3 hours and multiple attempts, she obtained manager approval and replaced the device. Final thought: There is a clear inconsistency in service. Employees like Rob, Derek, and Judith represent the Apple standard. Josh’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should never depend on whether an employee “likes your energy.” Don’t think Josh’s behavior would had acceptable in more affluent stores…
