    WORST BEST BUY EVER ! I HAD AN EVEN EXCHANGE ON AN PURCHASE AND IT WAS SHOULD A HASSLE ! I’LL NEVER GO BACK ! NOBODY SHOULD WASTE THEIR TIME EVER GOING THERE .. THE MANAGER VINNY WASNT A HELP AT ALL & HE TRIES TO DOWNGRADE PEOPLE WHILE TALKING . COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

    On 4/24/26, I went to purchase a stereo with CarPlay and backup camera for my 2007 Chevy Equinox. According to the system, the installation for the stereo and camera was supposed to be $199 but was reduced to zero amount due to a promotion but later I learned that I have to pay $99. The camera to be delivered to my house on 5/1. I made an install appointment for 5/2/26. The camera never arrived on the expected date. On 5/2 of the installation date, I leaned that the camera was a dash camera and I have to purchase a different license plate camera and pay an additional $150 (total of $99 + $150 =$250) for installing the backup camera. Totally unexpected and disappointed with the purchasing experience. The installation went very well and my thanks to Brian. Thank you Rodney as well

    Thank you Edwin for your outstanding customer service with my purchase of the TCL 75 inch TV. Edwin had patience for all my questions and concerns then help provide more knowledge with my purchase of the sound bar. My stress levels was high but definitely had a smooth ending checkout.     Stay away!!!! Purchased a whirlpool oven with a warranty and when it came it already looked used- the oven does not heat up past 200 degrees - I tried to return it but due to having a warranty, I needed someone to come out and fix it instead which they did and it only lasted a week so I figured let me try calling Best Buy to return it cause I do not want this oven anymore. It’s only been two months and it’s already given us problems when I called they said there was nothing they can do about it because it’s been over 60 days. … I tried explaining to them that I called within three weeks of it being damaged and they hung up on me!!!! I’ve never had the worst customer service in my life…
