Saw my dog, Liberty Bell immediately when she tore her second ACL ! The care from Dr. Anderson and entire staff was exceptional! Kind/ is too small a word! Liberty is my life/ and addressing her needs gave me complete relief to know she was in the best hands! Libby- aka Trippd- has made a complete recovery and is now swimming and walking without pain!! Thank you VCA!!

We have been bringing our pets to VCA for several years, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they have shown our family. They supported us through the end-of-life years of two of our older dogs, and we were deeply touched by how thoughtful and supportive the entire team was during such a difficult time. Dr. Casey DiCioccio has been wonderful to work with - knowledgeable and down-to-earth. She shares her expertise in a way that feels like a conversation with a trusted friend. Her dedication to our pets have meant so much to us.

We have been customers since they opened their doors. What keeps me going back to this vet clinic is the kind and caring nature, dedication, and professionalism of Dr. Stephanie Smith. Their prices have increased too quickly and too much over the years. I recently took my bull dog for an allergy shot, which in and of itself is now $200 (which has gone up,) now they are charging $30 for a tech visit to administer the shot. They tell me if I do the care plan (even the minimal plan choice which is $20 monthly) it will wave the tech fees. So far my dog only needs the shot every 2 months, so that plan would actually cost more than the tech fees. They waved the fee the other day, because they hadn't told me about this charge when I called to make the appointment with Dr. Smith. I have had a couple of pets that have needed this shot and in the past it was administered by the vet and there wasn't an additional cost because the shot itself is so expensive, but now to get this expensive shot, I have to pay either a $30 tech fee or $75 fee to have Dr. Smith see him and administer it. I have always felt that the veterinarians were pushed by administration to push services on clients. You have to ask questions and decide for yourself if everything they are suggesting is really necessary. I also recently took my bulldog in for excessive vomiting which resulted in a toy squeaker at home, but the continued vomiting even after the squeaker came up was concerning, so I took him. Dr. Smith was off that day, so we were put with another doctor. She too, was very caring and did the exam, said he was in no distress, seemed ok, offered that if we really wanted to make sure xrays could be performed (which would have added about another $700 to the bill.) Since the exam showed he wasn't in distress and the squeaker had come up, I felt this was an unnecessary expense and chose to watch him closely. Very happy with my decision, he was fine and I didn't waste $700. I really feel since the practice became a VCA, there has been an even bigger push for expensive services. If not for Dr. Smith, I would be looking for a different vet. I sure wish she would start her own vet practice, I'm sure all of her patients would happily follow.

Fantastic experience. Vet techs very nice and Vet explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Update-my puppy ended up needing surgery. Every step of the way has been explained and handled extremely well. They even were able to move the surgery date up so my puppy would have a better recovery before I have to travel.
