Worst geek squad ever. No help whatsoever. Last week the Guy told me they could help. I went in today and this new guy doesn't know the first thing about the cellphone. He kept going back and forth finding out what to do and it only involves putting a a sim card in. Don't go here. Knowing he was new, none of the others came over to help. Definitely don't go here.
I won't be using social media to describe the issue I've already reported.

Would give them zero stores if it was an option. Open Box TV labeled as "Excellent". Got home and it's missing the TV stand, the screws and the remote. There is no way to order the stand separately. Only gave me $20 off because it's "in excellent" condition yet missing all of the hardware needed to use it. Called up immediately, asked for the manager. Was on hold for 20 minutes, until they said the manager Sammy isn't available. Horrible product, horrible customer service, last time shopping here.

So my mom went to this store to change her Phone couse it got some issues and she have membership, the issue is that the manager and other worker there didnt made the restauration order and also my mom buy another Phone that Day because she needed meanwhile her other Phone was ready, so when she went again to ask for her Phone because they haven't ship it yet, they check on system and they forgot to do the order and they were trying to scam my mom telling her that they throw the Phone away and treating her like stupid, i dont know what they do with her Phone but all we want its the Phone again.
A mi me robaron el teléfono en la tienda .lo lleve a reportarlo porq se me calentaba y me dijeron q me iban a vambiarlo y en dos semanas me llegaba y no me llego el tel .regrese a la tienda y me dijeron q era basura y yo pago membresia por dan̈os .el gerente de esa tienda es un patan no se porq ponen a esas personas para vender aparte q me robaron el tel .me trato mal porq reclame mi telefono😡

I purchased a camera online that was defective, and Best Buy told me to bring it to any Best Buy location to process the return. I was in town and brought the item to this store. I was told that as they are a smaller store and don't carry the camera they cannot process the return. To make the experience even more frustrating, when I asked what other store would take it back, the person said to "try Valley Stream". I'm sorry but I don't have time to drive around different Best Buys hoping they will do what Best Buy said to do. Complete waste of time.
