- IBilia benitezAug 29, 20261.0Just had a terrible experience, I was left a bit confused since Matt was so kind and wonderful to the couple he was helping before me. I waited 30 min to be helped which I didn't mind thinking I would receive the same treatment as the couple before me. I bought a Samsung s26 and asked if transferring my data would be an issue. I was told by Matt it would not be a problem , we'll bad luck would have it there was issue after issue and I was told repeatedly by Matt thay he never owned a Samsung, then he tells me I have to delete storage on my old phone for the transfer to work , I didn't know how to do this and Matt simply walks away when he comes back I ask how n he keeps saying he never owned a Samsung and now I'm getting upset because I just paid 1,000 and I'm stuck with no answers so finally I say then I guess I need my money back and I will to go a different store n find someone who is familiar with Samsung, well things just got weird after that .....then Cameron shows up and saves the day when I asked for his help because even tho he was there Matt DIDNT on my behalf . Strange strange strange was this whole situation !! In less than 10 min Cameron got it done . Matt never apologized for his bad behavior and I told him straight out if he didn't want to serve us he could have just told me I would have gone somewhere else . I asked for the managers number and was told they can't give that out so I'm left writing a review about this horrible experience .

Cameron took the time to answer all my questions and get my new phone up and running in no time. He was so kind and patient with me. What a great representative!! I will be sure to recommend your store to all my friends and relatives. I hope Cricket realizes what a valuable employee they have in Cameron. Thanks Cameron
