  Best experience!! Place was packed but Gregory took us right away. Figured out immediately that my new Mac Book’s operating system had been deleted. He got it set up- about 20 minutes of install and Gregory set it all up to my preferences. Such a nice guy. Great experience!!

  Not particularly towards this particular store. My recent MacBook purchase experience and iPhone repair/replacement experience tells me no longer to put trust in Apple products and services.

  Walked in for a battery replacement, checked in, and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half with not interaction from staff while others got helped. Don’t waster your time if you don’t have an appointment.

  Negative stars. We drove 2 hours to buy a Mac Neo. We waited quite some time for help, when I finally could get the attention of someone they told me they couldn't help with sales. I walked up to another person amd asked if they were sales and was told no... then another. That person at least directed me to stand near the Neos. A person there asked if he could help me, and I asked if he was sales. He said, "I'm a manager here," so I told him I wanted to buy the computer right in front of me, at which point he told me I needed sales. Then a salesperson showed up, and the manager told me they were completely out of stock on all Neos and MacBook Airs. We had haul our iMac with us, and asked if we could trade it in and if they could transfer the data into a thumb drive. He said he didn't know what a thumb drive costs these days, and honestly the guy was just so rude. He pretty much told us to buy it online and do the transfer ourselves. My first Apple was a IIc, and I've been a stockholders since 1996. Anyway, we walked up stairs and bought the exact computer we wanted from Best Buy, where they had us checked out in 5mins. We went back to Apple to ask if they could do the data transfer amd we were told it takes two days and we should just do it ourselves. So, I ask why bother with Apple stores? What service is offered? There was a guy giving a lecture the whole time with a microphone and no kne was paying attention to him. It was just more noise. The whole experience crap, and they've lost me as a customer. BestBuy has absolutely won me as a customer.
