  I am very disappointed in this store and the company. I bought a TV back in March and was told by the 2 sales people that helped me that the protection plan covered accidental damage. We bought the tv because of this. Fast forward to today, we have accidental damage and now I am being told that the protection plan does not cover accidental damage. This is not acceptable at all. I wish to be contacted to resolve this.

  Their answering service is terrible. After repeatedly trying to speak to a live agent for 10 minutes through their AI virtual assistant, I was hung up on by their system. I honestly don’t understand why they treat customers this way. It’s completely unacceptable.

  No one will pick up the phone at customer service. It’s a garage AI agent that just puts you on hold until you hang up. Called multiple times about a defective device I purchased at this store and no one would pick up the phone.

  I ordered a 55 inch Samsung TV to be delivered to me today. A very nice delivery man called me last night to set up a time for delivery. I asked him if I could just come pick it up at the store as I had a busy day. He said no problem, just come by the Sparks store and give them my order number and it will be there. I arrived at the store today to pick it up, only to deal with a very disoriented associate. I gave him my order number. He looked it up and told me my order had been canceled. He then told me it hadn't. He then described to me a Pioneer product I hadn't even ordered. He then told me my TV was there but that in order to still get the reward credit of $15 that was part of the payment, I would have to come back at another time to pick it up !!!! Are you kidding me ? Nice job providing horrible customer service. I'm not going to come back later to pick up a TV that is already there. I told him I cancel it, which he promptly did. Good Bye Best Buy.

  The south Reno best buy couldn't help me with my Samsung phone. they told me the Spanish springs store still does Samsung. So they set me up an appointment. They called me that night to ask me a few phone related questions amd said bring it in. I drive up to Spanish springs for my appointment and they weren't able to help. Within 30 seconds they tell me they no longer diagnose samsung phones.. The south Reno store should have known. The person who called me also should have known. Somone could have read my notes ( that they called me and asked for) and when they realized they couldn't help me they should have called and canceled. Best buy dropped the ball 3 times. Ill still shop there, but I will no longer trust employees like I used too.
