  Scheduled an appointment for a phone battery replacement. Went in for the replacement and I was told that they could not take me at my appointment time and that I would have to come drop it back off another day. What a waste of time driving all the way in just to have to come back. What is the point of an appointment if they can’t take you at your scheduled time? Apple is not what it used to be.

  The store itself was difficult to find having never been there and relying on GPS. I circled the mall multiple times before getting escorted by mall security after asking for directions. This is the closest store to Fallon, so I drive all the way there; the earliest appointment for troubleshooting they had was 7:20pm. When I get there the person helping me seemed either high on stimulants, distracted, or ready to go. I understand they closed at 8pm but also it’s not my fault if that was the earliest appointment I could schedule. Everyone was nice, but I’m just not sure that my problem was actually addressed properly. I was told I needed to buy a new computer and while that might be true I’m not 100% sure that is even the case. I kind of want to get a second opinion before I spend over $1,500 on a new MacBook. He told me I could do a couple of different things but I left there feeling like I got absolutely nothing resolved. No real solution and a waste of my time and energy.
