  Went in to purchase an iPhone case and was told "There's no one available to help you." So I just left. First time I've even been told I couldn't make a purchase at a retail store.

  No organization . No knowledge of their product. Felt very dismissed . Very out of place. You can tell they only like to help certain people. Left more confused I guess time to read Reddit and see how I can make this equipment work

  Pésima tienda pésimo servicio y pésima atención al cliente estuve toda una semana llamando a su soporte y ellos mismos me hicieron la cita llegué el día de la cita y me dicen que no fue hecha para lo que yo hiba y que no me hiban a ayudar que volviera al día siguiente a su apertura volví a ir y me dijeron vuelve en 45 minutos volví y me dijeron que regresara hasta las 3:45pm cuando yo estaba ahí desde las 10am no me ayudaron en nada tuve que pagar en otra tienda para que me ayudaran y en Apple fueron muy rasistas no ayudaron en nada de verdad no vayan ahí te tratan horrible y no te solucionan absolutamente nada..

  I messed up my phone screen realllllly bad. I made an appointment for a Sunday at 4pm. They initially explained they may not have time to replace the screen that day. I explained I might just need to buy a new phone because I really needed a working phone for work the next day. They said “let me see what I can do” and my phone was fixed within the hour! Great experience and highly recommend.

  Got a replacement phone that had a damaged internal, got another replacement phone (they say 'repair' but they don't actually repair them) that also had a damaged internal part, then got a third replacement phone. Hours-long waits each time. As soon as I got my 3rd replacement phone, I traded it for a Google Pixel. Done with Apple and this store.
