I told the employee in there that I will be going to another Cricket store because it was so hot in there, barely could breathe

I went on July 7th 2023 to switch from metro PCS to Cricket. Nina the sales associate is a total ROCKSTAR. She was so upbeat, energetic and very outgoing. She told me about the promotions going on and what's included with what promotion. She guided me through the transition and took care of everything for me including getting me set up on Autopay. She was so specific and detailed when explaining everything. She assured me not to worry that my old service from metro PCS would be switched over to my new phones within the hour. This truly was a positive experience since switching over to a new carrier can be somewhat a little challenging. Thank you again Nina for your service with a smile and welcoming me to the Cricket Family. Robert Llamas
