Dr. Koroghli is the best! My cat was a patient of his when he worked at a different clinic a few years ago. Now that my cat is older (18yo) we needed better consistency in care. My cat is not any easy case. She’s got a little bit of everything going on from kidney disease, thyroid issues, heart disease, and liver cysts. 🥺 Dr. Koroghli has the best table-side manners of any vet. He is happy to talk through all options and outcomes at length. We are so happy to be reunited with Dr. Koroghli again.

Not great. Gets the job done when needed but our dog can be a nervous nelly and they never wanted to take the 2-5 minutes to get her comfortable (she’s the sweetest dog with people she just needs a few minutes to sniff and calm down). Prices are very high and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a routine dental cleaning for our cat. Another big chain. We tried to stick it out but the final straw was them insisting our dog needed a wellness exam with her heartworm test in spring when she had just had a wellness exam in the fall. We’re a military family and went to the most accessible place when we first moved. Stick to a small practice that isn’t run by big corp.

If I could leave a 0 star for insensitivity and being rude, I would… I spoke with Naomi regarding euthanasia services for my elderly dog who just tested positive for heartworms. I advised the tech that we unfortunately don’t have the money to pay for the intense treatment for heartworms, and that the new state we were moving to unfortunately will not accept a dog with heartworms, so we decided it was best to put her down due to what her quality of life would look like if we tried treatments and rehomed her. The tech had the audacity to tell me “I spoke with the doctor and you’ll need to bring her to a rescue to receive treatment and try to be rehomed with someone else. We don’t perform euthanasia as a convenience for you.”
I’m sorry, WHAT?! You think putting my dog of 9 years down is a convenience for me?! If it were up to me, she’d be coming with me and my family. However, given our situation and what my dog’s quality of life would look like if I just gave her to a rescue, went through intense treatment BY HERSELF for a year, and then rehomed to randoms after going through all that? If she even survives?! Her response was extremely insensitive and I had to hang up the phone before I went off on her. Having to call around and even ask for prices on this kinda stuff has been hard enough, and that’s the response you give? Like I said, what she said was extremely insensitive, and I didn’t appreciate being told that putting my dog down was a convenience for me, so I needed to share my piece.

They were very kind and it was a wonderful visit for a young cat we rescued. I would highly recommend them. Doctor Wilder and the staff were great.

A rescuer brought a stray Belgian puppy for treatment. Rather than surrender the puppy back to the rescue organizations, they sent the puppy to the high kill shelter. They also would not share the puppy’s intake number with the rescue organization so they could save the puppy. I would never take my pet to a vet that showed so little compassion or caring for animals.
