They explained everything step by step and what to expect along the process. He needed that. We got peaceful closure 100% because of the team there.

I sincerely appreciate her thoughtful, professional, and compassionate advice. I feel we’re forming a trusting partnership to ensure my beloved dog gets the best care and achieves healthy, happy outcomes so she can truly thrive. Additionally, the technician who assisted us during our recent second visit was absolutely wonderful—no pressure, no pushiness, just gentle, attentive care. The second tech listened carefully to my concerns, was gentle with my shy husky girl, and gave her plenty of space. I plan to request this tech whenever I return to see Dr. Higa. My rescue pup and I are very grateful for such outstanding care. Heartfelt thanks!
