  We cannot say enough good things about this place. We are returning clients after a few years and I wish we had never left in the first place. The entire staff are friendly and very caring and one vet tech stands out in particular, Penny, she is amazing. Dr. Schill, Dr. Griffin and Dr. Meyer have all been wonderful with treating our little one Harry.

  I can't thank the team at VCA Animal Hospital on Mountain Vista and Flamingo enough for the kindness and compassion they showed our family during one of the hardest days we've ever faced. We brought our senior pug in after he experienced rapid weight loss and vision loss. The doctor took the time to explain his condition, answer our questions, and discuss all of our options with care and patience. Although it was heartbreaking, we knew that euthanasia was the kindest choice for his quality of life. A special thank you to the veterinary technician/assistant, whose genuine compassion and support meant more than words can express. The front office staff was also incredibly caring and understanding. This wasn't our first experience with this office—they also took wonderful care of our younger pug on two separate occasions a few years ago. Every visit has shown us that this team truly cares about both their patients and the families who love them. We are forever grateful.

  They can’t take the time to take your phone call. Put You on hold without even asking a question. This is why I never brought my dog back to this place and all I wanted to do was get his records.

  Such a great experience!! Every single staff member was so kind and knowledgeable. My dog has pretty bad anxiety around people, and they were very gentle and patient with her. They clearly care about the animals that come in and are great with explaining things comprehensively. First visit discount + goodie bag was awesome also! Definitely using the collapsible water bowl and bag holder!

  A really great place to bring a skittish dog! Our girl is a flight risk, never a bite risk. But she is very skittish, and growls defensively when approached by humans (especially women). It took her 5 days to allow me to touch her when we took her in. And this place worked so well with her. They were supportive, kind, and slow moving. They allowed us to move at her comfort, and that's what our girl needed for her first checkup. Thank you so much!!
